Well his turban got my attention in this throng of devotees. I started clicking his turban before i saw his expression. He was looking at something, which apparently amused him so much that he stopped looking ahead, without worrying about bumping into someone. Again, if you bump into someone nobody cares, as you can't proceed in this crowd easily.
**Any advice on how this photograph could have turned out better, will be highly, deeply appreciated.

Amuse: Cornets with Ris de Veau
Note: There is now a slight alteration in how the amuses are served. The gougères are brought to the table immediately after guests are seated. The cornets, which had previously been plated along with the other amuses, are now brought by a server as pictured above. One for each diner. (Obviously, there were three of us.) I think it's a nice personal touch. Finally, the rest of the amuses come plated as usual.
Something amuses Leigh while the couple pose for a photograph after the ceremony. Michael isn't as impressed!
Sorry for the blurriness. It was quite dark before we discovered a good spot of light on the table.
Anyhoo, there's a beer-mousse on the spoon, mackerel above it, macarons of foie gras and cookie of parmezan.
We went to Aqua for Robert's birthday dinner. I'm getting way too used to eating like this, it's dangerous. The Amuse Bouches tonight were a teeny tiny tomato stuffed with goat cheese, pumpkin soup and tuna croquette.
