This window is what I think of as a window in my "next" New Orleans home! It is a fabulous old house we have looked at, with neat arches inside and a very spare space outside . . . alas. If wishes were horses! Well, you never know! I am a BIG one in believing wishes ONLY come true if you wish them!

Two weeks into writing to amazing designers and (oh my god) I still can't believe that so many of them already said: "Yes of course!" (Having in mind that actually everybody said yes, the others simply didn't answer. Sounds even better, right?) Looking at some shops on Etsy, I didn't think in a million years that those people would actually trust me so much with their artwork.
This is what I want to do, working with creative people from all around the world, and I promise you with all the passion I've got:

Times are quite hard right now, but your encouraging messages and compliments on my work gave me such an uplift, everytime when this white number one on blue backround suddenly popped up, my heart jumped up and down and I felt like doing some cartwheels ..
I can't wait to hold the very first item in my hand, whether it will be some sort of jewelry, an amazingly detailed garment or a headdress slash headpiece, you have no idea how much I appreciate your trust. I really feel honoured, and already a little bit proud, because if my portfolio wasn't what it is today, it would have been a lot harder to crawl out of my comfort zone and ask for collabs. There is still a lot of self-confidence missing when it comes to photography, but I already feel so much better because of your support.
I'm so looking forward to meet some of you sometime next year in the UK, along with a couple of fellow photographers and models. Everytime I think about it I wish I could pack my suitcase right here and now. But as always: Haste makes waste. Thank you so much. ♥
Amazing hunters, super fast on the branches and hawking insects in the air - these are among my favourite birds to watch.

A candidate for the Amazing Philippines Beauties contest for transvestites and transsexuals uses the toilet backstage before the pre-pageant in Manila October 17, 2008. Some 25 contestants are vying for the annual crown which will be handed out on October 24.
I just happened to wake up to an AMAZING sunrise this morning but I woke up right at it's peak. I got dressed an loaded up my camera as fast as I could and zoomed to the closest spot I could think of to catch the rest of it. Unfortunately the most amazing and jaw dropping part had passed by the time I got to this spot, which was perhaps only 10 minutes after I woke up. It was still a nice sunrise, but I was sad that the best part had passed.
This winter has been an odd one with the El Niño weather pattern.
Normally we have quite a bit of snow by now, but here it is. Very little snow.
While hiking the surrounding woods, I've just been trying to find interesting things.
These roots clinging to the side of a rock dry run caught my attention.
