It's junk. Also, even very cheap knife-steel is incredibly hard to work. Hacking the thumb-latch there. Without the thumb latch the knife is actively dangerous to human fingers.

Lines up tubes of various colors can create some interesting scene.

In this shot, the photographer plays off the design of Alignment. The columns are forever aligned on a straight line. But in this shot, the photograph is staged so that it seems like an imaginary diagonal line is the basis on which these columns were aligned.
