Hopefully one day Lego will make ball-joint plates in black. Oh, and ignore the feet, the piece I used IRL isn't in Studio. :P

We are all alien by design,

different,

unusual,

not like anything

on this earth

and yet we are not benign .

In the grand scheme of things,

we hold a key but is it to our

own destiny?

We know not what secrets lie within,

yet every piece of nature surrounds

us with a grin.

They know our secret but will not tell

and we are to arrogant to ask,

of the secrets they know well.

Where from whence we come,

is alien to some but by design we find,

we are known by some.

This one is a photograph of plants that have been frozen by the water dripping of the house. I selected an area I was interested in and mirrored it with microsoft paint and with this one I added two fisheye filters off my phone but other wise it is a basic photograph. Often I see something but in order to get it across to others I embellish the eyes a bit to make it more showy.

Science fiction ideas

How could an alien look like, a bird like? It’s difficult to anticipate that. Aliens could play with their DNA to create additional functions and / or they might replace some body-parts, made by steels, plastics, ceramics, etc., to increase functionality, durability, and replaceability.

To make sure that they exist all the time, they might copy their data daily and save. So long there is no change in current data processors, which are feelings and emotions, and guidelines created by the historical-data collection, they can process any new data the same way, so that no change would occur in their personalities. They might play with their processors and shift their selves, by adding up some new hormones, to a better and stable psychological level to control their feelings and emotions.

Feelings and emotions make us alive. Without them, we would be biological robots and could exist on earth without knowing our existence, with breathing oxygen (like electrical motors needed electricity) and doing the other functions that we normally do, but like robots. We couldn’t achieve the stage of controlling our feelings and emotions yet. We are at the hand of the nature, forming us according to its capabilities. Some aliens might be already in that stage. The life would be easier for them, and they could develop exponentially after reaching this stage. They could easily create a human being like us on any suitable planet.

We have to find the ways to control our feelings and emotions without waiting a biological change.

We kill each other. We are not always mentally stable and get mentally ill (some people are in hospitals). It is tough to change how our bodies function, but we have the teaching power of our society. We have to better educate ourselves about how we function.

ALIEN micro diorama.

It was pretty complicated to build the creature at this scale. I had to combine some of the smallest black parts I have.

Yeah, I know, I see silly things. I'm going to blame my Mom because when I was younger she and I would find shapes in our food. It made my engineer Dad so frustrated that we "played with our food" and he would only ever reluctantly admit that some piece of food looked like a whale or a frog. I don't see an animal here, but it looks like some sort of alien probe reaching out and looking for signs of other life. Hope you have a wonderful Tuesday.

Weird stones bathing in gorgeous summer evening. Weather was warm, yet calm and top of all, mosquitos are still missing.

Alien? Not really just a metal dragonfly garden ornament in HDR.

My first go at a mech suit. This is based on the one used in the film Aliens.

There is a full step by step guide on how this is built in Blocks magazine issue 22.

I finally got some good photos of my 1979 ALIEN Xenomorph MOC. Big thanks

to my wife (for putting up with 3 years of tinkering on this thing), my

neighbors (who let me borrow their camera, since mine died), everyone who

encouraged me at the many shows I've taken it to (and the 2 trophies!), and

my daughter for constantly saying how cool it is. I'm finally done working

on it for a while, and eager to share the photos. Currently I am editing a

mass of shots from all angles, but wanted to put a few images out into the

ether, in hopes you may find them as you shift eagerly in your theater

seats this evening. Enjoy, there is more to follow.

Samurai Vader is back to action.

The Daimyo from a Feudal System far, far away has been informed of a threat to his dominion.

An vicious creature is on the lose intended of consuming anything it runs into.

Usual business, after all.

It doesn’t take long for Vader to locate this Alien intruder and the two warriors clash in battle.

The Alien charges but Vader Force pushes the creature away. The creature strikes back, swinging his deadly tail at his opponent but Vader ignites his Lightsaber (or Lightkatana, if you prefer) and severs part of its tail.

The alien screams in pain but it shrugs off the damage and hurls at Vader.

He quickly unsheathe his Vibro-katana and strikes at the creature’s swinging arm. The impact breaks the bone and only its exoskeleton protects it from another amputation.

The counterattack throws the alien off balance and Vader seizes the opportunity. He lashes his Lightsaber inflicting a wide wound on the creature’s chest.

The alien collapses on the ground.

Vader plunges his Lightsaber in the creature’s neck and with a swift movement he chops off its head.

The threat has been neutralized. His scientists will undergo the necessary analysis and investigation on this creature’s appearance within his dominion. He suspects something, or someone, is indeed involved in this situation but now he has other pressing matters to deal with.

His presence is required elsewhere because without his iron grip the whole dominion will fall into chaos.

Vader is the amazing Samurai Vader action figure made by Bandai. The full “designation” is Tamashii Nations Movie Realization Samurai Taisho (General) Darth Vader, Death Star Armor version, just because the name was not long enough lol :)

The Alien is a Xenomorph Warrior action figure by Neca. It is actually a version based on the Dark Horse comics and it comes it the same pack with the Predator action figure I recently posted two photos of.

I hope you like this photo :)

May the Force be with You :)

.... looks like an alien to me :)

I have a staple gun that looks like an alien from the movie of the same name starring Sigourney Weaver. So I decided to implement it in to this photo. I've been wanting to do this for a long time.

So the next time you're in the office, searching through your draw because you need to clip some important documents together. Take a good look at that stapler. 'Cause you never can tell... there just might be an alien in your hand.

I wandered around this site while on a bikeride so only have my phone camera. I wasn't so happy with the colors so went with B&W. No so sure if that was the right choice as it is pretty colorful.

These very tiny mushrooms looks like they belong on some alien terrain in another galaxy.

Well, maybe that's stretching it, but going through my mushroom field guide I could not find this/these tiny mushrooms anywhere. I've narrowed it down to a coral mushroom but the size and color didn't quite match anything.

And the things with the red growths stumped me. Closest I've come to is British Soldier Lichen, Cladonia cristatella. And who knows - it might all be lichen? I'm sure someone out there knows what these are, and I'll continue my research until someone can help.

Oh. I'm almost embarrassed to say this is a macro of .... the top of my mail box. Or that wooden cover on my mail box.

** And yes, I've been told it IS all lichens.

Hi, I come from the planet Pluto and I need some tennis balls to fuel my spacecraft. Would you please help a little alien in need?

Alien movie build: Hey everyone I’m back with a long awaited moc! I recently watched the new Alien movie, Alien Romulus and I figured I’d take a crack at an alien build! This is much different than my normal builds but I figured I would sink my teeth into something new! This build depicts some creativity of Ripley taking on an Alien with a flamethrower! With this build I really wanna to get the aesthic down and use some references luckily for me I had my good friend @bricksia supply me with some interior designs from the game Alien Isolation! As well as my own perusing of the internet! For the alien design I used a mix of @hypolite_bricks and some other designs for the alien as well as inspiration from his much more superior build! As well the Ripley figure too with some creative liberties of course haha! I few of the things that I wanted to tackle for this build was door as well as how the ceiling was gonna be done! Luckily for me I had a bunch of the friends boat molds and it works perfectly for the build!Using the boats upside using some stud reversal to get it right as well as some structural pipes to keep the ceiling from buckling and bending! In terms of the door it took me about 6-7 interations to get it right, but with that being said it’s much smaller than this but I figured I would make it the height of the alien so it can have access to the door! Also too tried to make it as accurate as possible with the shaping! Anyway long story short it was a lot of fun trying to get this build right from the angles to the ,structural support, to the door as well as the fig placement and other techniques I decided to try too! Let me know what you think of the overall build, photography and anything else! As always enjoy this build and I’ll see you guys soon!
