Alien movie build: Hey everyone I’m back with a long awaited moc! I recently watched the new Alien movie, Alien Romulus and I figured I’d take a crack at an alien build! This is much different than my normal builds but I figured I would sink my teeth into something new! This build depicts some creativity of Ripley taking on an Alien with a flamethrower! With this build I really wanna to get the aesthic down and use some references luckily for me I had my good friend @bricksia supply me with some interior designs from the game Alien Isolation! As well as my own perusing of the internet! For the alien design I used a mix of @hypolite_bricks and some other designs for the alien as well as inspiration from his much more superior build! As well the Ripley figure too with some creative liberties of course haha! I few of the things that I wanted to tackle for this build was door as well as how the ceiling was gonna be done! Luckily for me I had a bunch of the friends boat molds and it works perfectly for the build!Using the boats upside using some stud reversal to get it right as well as some structural pipes to keep the ceiling from buckling and bending! In terms of the door it took me about 6-7 interations to get it right, but with that being said it’s much smaller than this but I figured I would make it the height of the alien so it can have access to the door! Also too tried to make it as accurate as possible with the shaping! Anyway long story short it was a lot of fun trying to get this build right from the angles to the ,structural support, to the door as well as the fig placement and other techniques I decided to try too! Some animals are active right away after they are born, they don’t need any mom, dad and society to teach them how to act. They have instinctive knowledge. They know what to do in their world. Their already built-in software packages run them. Each of the software is specifically made for a specific animal.
We don't have built-in software like some animals, we create our software, and our bodies have the potential for a change. The advantage of that kind of software is that we can be something very different. It might be possible to turn ourselves into better human beings.
Our society has to head in a different direction. We have to change the current model of human being. We have to aim to be not aggressive and to aim to be healthy (mentally and physically) human beings, instead of human beings just thinking of enjoying life without considering of our main goals.
Some aliens might have so high societies and also might be so beautiful inside and outside (like the one in my picture above) that we even couldn’t be able to imagine about them.
Things exist because of the existence of the variety of scientific and random processes in our universe.
Trona Pinnacles so far has been one of my favorite places to photograph. The rock formations are so unique you can always go back for a revisit to find new subjects and compositions. The day looked fairly cloudy and right before the sun had set I was hopeful that some great colors would come out of the sky. Thankfully during my one day at the pinnacles, we were lucky enough to get these amazing colors.

If a life form arrived at our planet millions of years ago, it would have found the proper environment to develop. Cells contain genetic information that allows life to thrive on Earth. The "tree of life" shows how life developed from simple forms to humans. As life evolved, many species emerged, and some got extinct.
The cells of life forms have survived by going from spices to species. On the way of the development, there were some hurdles like species have killed and ate other species. It looks like the development went in the wrong direction, but the cells have survived with the killers and survivals. Important is cells and hosts. Species are created to be just hosts, just to carry the cells. The species' blueprint was always kept in cells to make sure that dominant species go on, live.
Sperms, made of cells, travel to other host during love making so that the life of the cell continues, with the latest genetic information. Our bodies comprise interconnected cells. When we watch TV, cells watch too. Aliens may have spread their cells throughout the universe to ensure survival. They might have created suitable environments for cell survival in asteroids.
Humans are not perfect and have flaws. Our sufferings are not imported as we are just hosts, acting in that way too. We prioritize humanity over individuals. Humans have a lot of cells to compare to a human. Many people die in wars, traffics accidents, etc. Who cares? There are already more hosts on earth, billions of them. A couple dies, no problem!
If we would not be just hosts, we would act differently, would care for the death of a fellow human being, and would adopt the mindset that one death is too many.

DJ is eye ball-en me while taking a break from
chasing wild aliens that plague The Dog Palace.
He has turned out to be a star performer when it
comes to the dangerous job of alien elimination !
A "Big Thank You" for the recent donation, and lets
not forget Susan in Northern California who tirelessly
continues to keep track of all donations as well as keeps
them sent over here. Early next week Legs will go in to be
spayed and dog supplies will be replenished.
A car and driver will also be lined up, no big deal as no# 1's
brother loves helping out when we do this stuff.
On a more serious note :
Rabies is on the upswing in Thailand right now and our
province is named as one of the trouble spots.
Good thing is all but two dogs have had their rabies shots.
Pumpkin and Little Stubby go to the dog doctor in 2 weeks
for their final vaccinations. I think it's been 7 people have
died from rabies sense the first of the year. That's insane,
but remember this is a 3rd world country and many things
are very different here !
Alright lets get back to Susan in Northern California.

Was sorting through some old photos and came across this aurora corona shot from the epic display in March 2015.
Don't know how I didn't notice the spooky resemblance to a Little Green Man / Alien in the sky before. Probably just as well the shape of the aurora was rapidly changing on the night or spotting this overhead might have freaked me out.
The Plough is in the centre of the image, if you want a sense of scale - the aurora danced the night away and filled the sky over the north of Scotland that night :)

The story On a late October evening, only a day from Halloween, six intrepid Flickr'ites ventured out into the dark maw of the shadow of Mt. Hood, where an eerie silence crept through the surrounding forest of Trillium lake. A hundred galaxies of stars overhead, the group moved quietly to the edge of the water where they witnessed the strangest sight they'd ever seen. Two aliens appeared amid electrified sizzling snaps and pops and the air suddenly filled with static. Not wasting a second, the brave Flickr'ites worked their cameras while the blue aliens hovered like phantom neon signs only a few feet away....shivering their alien arses off....
What it took: This shot was taken for fun as the group enjoyed watching the drastic change in the lighting high up on the side of Mt Hood. This exposure represents ISO 200, F/6.3 with 2-minute and 4 second exposure. Outre and ZenSation modeled as I walked behind them and used my small blue led light to trace their outlines.
