Thinking involves assessment, prediction and decisions based on nature and nurture. I like the assessment part, and also dont mind the predictions. Going through 'the deciding' part is not that easy for me.
Like right now i spend a long time deciding the colour of the background for this image. Black? or white?
Prior to that i spend long time deciding weather i should invest time experimenting photoshop, or plan the next photoshoot.
Before that i spend loads of time while deciding weather i should buy a new lens or a flash, before that.... blah blah blah.
Everytime while making decisions i get lost, and find myself assessing and predicting things (like a moment ago i assessed that 'assesses' is the only word I know with 5 s's...
well now i am thinking that i do possess another word like that: 'possesses')
I predict that this inability to decide is not going to go anywhere any time soon. As long as i can assess, i dont think i will worry that much. That is what i have decided.

Algorithm is a 30-minute solo contemporary dance piece meditating on sexual discrimination in computer vision science; particularly, the algorithms behind removing images of breasts and vulvas online. Currently, an overwhelming number of algorithms exist solely to detect these body parts – often deemed as “pornographic” – yet very few focus on censoring the phallus. The choreography uses symbols and characters from various algorithms as a point of departure, one of which is the han character (凹) as it closely resembles the shape of a vulva (or “concave, hollow, depression” ¹). Throughout the movements, the body, in its raw and fleshy form, interrogates these shapes from beyond the reach of algorithmic censorship. Algorithm simultaneously celebrates censored body parts while highlighting the gender inequality that is extant in technology.

400 Million years old, found in Morocco.
These lowly relatives of the squid and octopi lasted over 300 million years. This particular example dates to the Emsian Age, when Ammonites were all the rage as sea-life goes. The coiled yet non-contiguous habit is quite uncommon among Ammonites, possibly due to a relative lack of robustness leading to an early inclusion in someone else's diet.

Image created using particles obeying certain "gravitational" laws. Mostly variations on "accelerate toward/away from some particle unless some condition is met, in which case move toward/away from some other particle".
Made with processing (processing.org).

Created entirely through programming. This series is roughly based on the idea of Conway's Game of Life.

I don't have a lot of room for quilting, so most of what I make are baby quilts for the Christ Child Society. Just finished this a few days ago. The pattern is Algorithm by GE Quilt Designs. The fabric was a layer cake I had, but I don't recall the collection name.

I wrote an algorithm for the laser that outputs cut and perforation vectors for a folding light tower with almost any dimension. The tower's top can be removed to expose a place to attach a magnetically fastened LED light and battery. The starfields require special calculations so that the light finds its way through two folds of paper.
The light cycles through the rainbow.
Here they are with the lights off.
