One of my favourite subjects for assessing and comparing cameras, lenses and processing.
Finally returning to my computer so more stuff going up. And as always I enjoy seeing and showing this car.
Yup, I went back again. This time with a friend. Again late in the day but farther down the path to the, what I consider, the best overview of the cove. The Spout waterfall was not to prominent on this day but can be seen. A view I seem to not tire of... and a walk the fits into my range.
I took this sunset at St Ives in 2007 and tbh i did little at all in the way of new post work but i did upsize it in a minute or so. i have two upsizers and in this instance I used Gigapixel.. Jonathan was reading on Drs.Net ( they even have a photography forum on the site ) how easy it was to remove copyright symbols too now. AI is becoming a monster but I do find the upsizer useful for my old shots..Sue :)
Set of thee oldies again and comments are still off. We were supposed to be on holiday this fine weather week but things have not gone to plan...nothing new there and its not health related i'm thankful to add. !
Its been less than a month since we first saw the baby possum out of the pouch, and it has grown a lot in that time! Here is a photo of the mum and baby cleaning up the bird seed on our deck last night. The baby seems to like the seeds, but it hasn't worked out how to eat them without getting seeds all over it's nose yet!
Sometimes you take a photo that is so right that you find many ways of enhancing it.
I've posted this guy before many times but this time I have isolated the elephant from the background, blurred the background and then extended either side to give this panoramic portrait.

I was out at Whale Rock a few days ago and was lucky enough to see an Osprey fly in and land on this pole with a small fish. He ate the fish, cleaned his beak on the top of the pole, and ruffled up before taking off. again - just as the sun was disappearing behind a hill. The last rays of light lit him up beautifully.
