Another view of the former administrative building of the HypoVereinsbank, currently under renovation as part of the revitalisation of the Tucherparkviertel under the project name Eisbachviertel.
The area was initially developed end of the 1960ties by the Bayerische Vereinsbank (became HypoVereinsbank, now Unicredit Bank) with office spaces and a hotel. Most of the buildings are empty, under renovation and they are listed structures nowadays.

There's a car park either side, but the smaller of the two on the right has been used as extra outdoor space.
The original pub on the site was a large detached house bought by the brewery chain in 1920. It had a Saloon bar one side and a Public bar the other. Between the two was a door leading to the bar which was used as an off-licence.
The present building was built on the site in the 1980s and given a refresh about a decade ago.

I apologise for posting so many shot of Whitby recently. I have spent a couple of weekends near Whitby in the past few months and on both occasions the light was perfect. Whitby is so photogenic its impossible not to take a few photographs

Our Mighty Little Hunter, the male American Kestrel was successful once again. It was a very windy day and I was surprised I got this shot off as he was having a hard time flying with the Vole half his size. After zipping around in circles and me getting dizzy trying to follow him, he landed in a nearby tree where he ate his kill. Bucks County PA.

Another jaunt to St Mary's again, never tire of this place even at low tide, as it allows a shot from these rocks if only briefly as your limited to the time on them before you get cut off.
From next friday I will be AWAY again my friends, visiting Northern Namibia and Botswana, the BUSHMEN's Lands.
