At the 10 alarm fire aftermath on the boardwalk in Seaside Park, New Jersey 9-15-13. It was still smoldering. The fire started at 2:30pm on 9-12-13.

127/366: "The Aftermath"
On Friday, we found out that the large piece of acrylic that we ordered for the biggest print in the show, my impact piece, was the wrong size.
My Dad and I quickly determined that the only way we could fix things and have it ready for the show was to cut the frame.
No problem, right? All we had to do was cut two new 45's. Since my folks were coming in for the show on Sunday, we figured we'd have it done in an hour.
Until we found out that the cut we needed to make it fit the other dimension was short by almost half an inch...
3 hours later, we had ripped down three sections of the frame to fit the acrylic.
Thank God my Dad was here - there is no way I would have been able to have it done in time, otherwise.
one night, some specialty team members decided to play edward 40 hands. 40s were consumed and lesbian porn was watched. the youngest team member won (he's 20). it was truly a team build in the most noble sense of the term.
The fireworks cliche includes the beautiful radiating spikes from a young burst. I generally try to avoid cliche photographs... and this is one result of that avoidance. Forget the beginning of the burst. Let's record the end. This two second exposure began a few seconds after at least three simultaneous bursts, and recorded the last glowing embers as they fell.
