This is the area where the Citadel now stands. It was taken looking north, perhaps from old City Hall. The large building on the left is the old police station. The white church behind the station was torn down in 1900 to make way for the Citadel.

Départ le 3 juin 2018 vers Cuba...

My December 15, 2008 flight in an American Airlines Boeing 767-300ER from New York JFK to San Francisco turned out to be beautiful, with clear skies across most of the country. I took plenty of pictures as we progressed towards SFO -- which was heavily hemmed in by shower clouds.
