This view, looking north has Crown Street and Tower Ramparts cutting across the middle of the image. High Street is on the left and Charles Street runs across the top; the Cornhill is just visible in the bottom right of the picture.

This view looking north east possibly in the early 30s because of the lack of housing in the upper centre of the image. In the 1930s housing was built on the farmland to the south of Holywells Park, visible on the left. The area became the Rivers Estate with the streets named after British rivers.

The original refectory on this site was destroyed by hookah-smokers in 2019; its replacement has only recently been completed.
In October 2020, the Intermediate Pool, the short section of the Mississippi River between the two St. Anthony Falls dams, was drawn down, bringing large crowds out to wander all over the river bottom thus exposed.
