In this photograph I captured the rims of the Audi TT. These rims were ideal for my collection because they look aggressive and built to enhance performance which corresponds to my theme. Processing: I gave it the slight HDR look by adjusting the saturation, ambiance, contrast, brightness, shadows, and warmth settings.

VIRGINIA-
Russ (on the right) is the guy who painted Ann and I, hand in hand, as a wedding present.
Russ was one of Jan's students at the Museum School, along with the rest of us.
Jan was the head of the Painting Department, which meant, he taught Advanced Painting ( 4th year ).
When Marlene and Russ and I were in 3rd year, he pulled us out, to do a mural project with the 4th year students. www.flickr.com/photos/doneastwest/8355255538/in/photolist...

- for the mural project, Jan had interesting plans for materials: he got eight foot panels of celotex ( beaver board ) which went together to make a mural on the front and back. This was a way to get two very long murals into a minimal storage space.
- at the time, alkyd was new and he found a way to get primary colors in gallon cans.
- here is one corner, which includes my painting of Tamino in the test of silence:
