In this photograph I captured the rims of the Audi TT. These rims were ideal for my collection because they look aggressive and built to enhance performance which corresponds to my theme. Processing: I gave it the slight HDR look by adjusting the saturation, ambiance, contrast, brightness, shadows, and warmth settings.

Nathalie, the Running Room (Bank Street) store manager, addresses the opening session of the Advanced 10k Clinic. The clinic is geared for experienced runners who wish to improve both their technique and "personal best" times. Natalie, formerly manager of the Running Room on Merivale Road, introduced herself, and also the Running Room training philosophy and practices.
