What a pleasant find in my garden this morning! A light shower of rain in the very early dawn morning makes the garden and the air so fresh.
Family: Apocynaceae
Common name: Sabi Star, Kudu, Desert-rose

Location: A planter at the entrance of a residential building in Central District
Specimen flower about 1.5 - 2 cm across
The wonderful colours of Desert Rose or Impala Lily flowers at the Bollywood Farm in Singapore today. Have a great flowery Friday !
Pretty pink flowers on a lanky 1 foot trunk. Today, the facing flower is still as pretty on its third day whereas the right flower has dropped! The third bud has yet to open up and the fourth tiny bud has shrivelled.
Some plant information
Commonly known as Desert Rose. How delightful that a leafless trunk can bloom again, second time this year! :)
