At the time this set came out, Lego also offered the Speed Computer, an electronic display and sensor setup that would measure RPMs. The manual includes instructions on how to integrate it into each of the 3 engine variants on the model - I'm not sure why, since the last method attaches it directly to the rear axle and would work for any of the 3 layouts.

Another day on the deck. Lots of snow, yesterday. It is still snowing.
The deck has been invaded by Juncos. I've worked it, hard. I've put about 700 Junco shots into file. That's just the keepers!
So, today, I have more light snow and lots of Juncos...
Time to play a bit! I spent this morning working at capturing shots of the birds in flight. I got a number of what I consider nice shots. I know that not everyone shares my taste in images.
