Redos of this photo here.

I noticed my 2 page shot was a bit blurry. So doing each page instead. With a few close ups....

Sorry for the repeat. But I am just an amateur with photos.

If not for my toy geekery, I likely would have never got into photography . Which is an odd irony me being on a photo sharing site where most here are seriously good photographers :)

All eyes on "The Girl on Fire"

braid and backpack not finished(sorry i ran out of time to get the braid right and add more details to the backpack)

I am a big Hunger Games fan, and am just devoted to the series, well now less but still. I really did like the character and the strong person she becomes through the book, she shows you can do anything... as long as you have your trusty bow. I originally was not going to get her because of the fact that i was saving some money for the hopes of a LE Ariel doll from Disney store in Sept. 2013 but as i was about to buy some books on amazon, i searched her up for fun and found a doll with free shipping. She was a good price and cheaper than me getting her off of the barbiecollector website. So I took out 30 moneyz from my already over goal Ariel fund and spent it on her. Over all I am extremely happy with my purchase, and tweaking her up to a more realistic version.

On a day off I typically move stuff around. Add a book, remove a plant, add a painting, remove a miniature car, etc etc. Growing up, we didn't have much. Most things were thrifted (not in the good way), found and/or broken. I'm often in disbelief that I actually have my own place with my own things that I payed for my own money. I still don't have much, but what I do have, I wanted, saved up for, and thrifted (in the very awesome way). I'm grateful.

Processed with Snapseed.

Making cinnamon rolls has become a weekly thing. Something E does on their own. Always making just one with more frosting which is their first to snag and eat.

The outsole is glued on top of the vamp and midsole.

Kayla Walters gets called up to receive the 10th place medal. She has taken off her jersey top already. She is just a freshman.

The "GT40" car in the foreground uses a series hybrid powertrain that allows it to have fewer batteries and longer range (and refuel in less than a few hours). The X1 in the background is a pure EV. They're both fast but the GT40 powertrain is a better fit for existing vehicles and infrastructure.

Kayla Bruton was not at her best. She may have to stick to anchoring our 4x200 team this year.

Mish Mish in a seemingly confused state....deep thought....maybe questioning her own reality?

[w41] The future.

Take any photo that depicts the future...either for you or for society. Happy hunting and hope it's not too hard! Be creative!

The future of Clifton on the Queens County Model Railroad Association's HO scale (1/87) layout is represented by the pictures on the boxes and a partially painted and assembled kit. The white cylinder to the right of the tan building is a rolled up piece of paper showing the height of the future dingy Parkview Apartments. The piece of paper barely visible to the right of that is the plan for the area. I didn't manage to show it, but there will be a connection between what's sold as the "Bralick Building" and "Heritage Furniture" on the second floor, above Half Street.

The dark green locomotive with yellow stripes is CNJ 1506, a Fairbanks-Morse H-15-44 pulling a train of milk from Kingston toward Jersey City. The green and black loco is LS&I 3074 switching Schneider Yard in Jersey City. A CVP EasyDCC XR1300 Throttle is seen in a mouse pocket screwed to the side of the layout.

One more look at Grace Zinkgraf.

Faith Caspers and Kayla Walters ran a lot miles together this year. They stay close.

Nangsu Chanthakhat ph 2. Lao buhan palm-leaf manuscript.

Kayla Walters gets by Mr. Dickman on her way to the finish. Jessy Homa gets some words of encouragement as she completes our team scoring.

If you want to go up a size or two for length (or down), simply measure the vertical distance difference between the two sizes - shown here, "M" and "O". In this case, the vertical difference is expressed both at the hem, and at the shoulder. Be careful to get the right measurement. You will be adding that length to the appropriate slash point on the pattern.

Note: this is the ONLY pattern alteration I will cover during this sew-a-long.
