Actually he followed me into the water, because I had the ball.
He doesn't want to go down in the water, that's a pity, but I'll keep trying.
Today was actually quite eventful, but in a good way. I was not in the mood to work today. The weather was beautiful, it's warm and breezy and sunny - not a day for work.
My Dad turned 56 today! Woot! We celebrate Saturday, and he was still asleep when I left for the day. Lucky dude.
I also booked my hotel for Comic-Con today. They did it a different way this time and I have to say I was really impressed as I was on and off the site in record time. Love it.
Then my co-workers want to do the Rock N Roll Half Marathon in San Diego and want me to do it with them...and I am seriously considering it. If you know me you know how strange this is. I think more than anything I am interested in doing it so I have something to push myself towards in terms of fittness. I've gotten lazy and that's not healthy - plus the training process might make for great pictures.
I finally took this photo because I feel like it's been too long since I did a self-portrait. I cropped it into 1.85:1 again because it's a sickness and I have to get my love of the film image out there somehow.
Have a great Friday tomorrow everyone!
Actually not a pub but a mock-up from the filming of Sherlock Holmes. It did, though, come complete with some Polish guy rough sleeping inside.
Actually the dessert was pretty good too. I can't remember the name of it though :-( Can someone help me?
Actually that´s the first piece of christmas decoration I´ve bought for ages.
Put on mirror, ISO 100, full power flash against ceiling, f8 @ around 1/200 sec.
This is one of a set of three castle bowls as I call them. I fell in love with the castle and won it on ebay. I thought I was bidding on two and when the shipment arrived the seller had given me three. She just couldn't break up the trio I guess. My gain!! I have the other two on a shelf in my kitchen. The little kitty is a flea market find or a gift from my Daughter. I made the lampshade and the little pot is Dutch with daisies.
Actually, Antelope Horn Milkweed. Not sure why it's called that - does it look like antelope horns to you? If anyone knows what that yellow and black insect is called, please let me know!
Actually that Corvette was not speeding and flash was not lightning. Panning effect was done with motion blur and flash was edited.
Actually, this doll isn't mine. She belongs to my dear mom. But we agreed last year that from time to time I can have Ivy and she'll get my Mia (London Mist Imogen) then, until we decide to change them back : ).
When looking at her I immediately came upon the idea that Sweet Confection's clothes might suit her well. And I was right! Actually, this dress looks better on Youthquake than on Sweet Confection! Or is it just me : )?
Thirty eight is actually my lucky number, but now i've told everyone I guess i've jinxed it.
Picture: Window, frame and graffiti from the new 'pod' complex in Fletcher Gate, Nottingham. Notice the reflection in the dusty window of a tram going past.

I ACTUALLY TOOK A DOLL PICTURE /FALLS OVER
although I've somewhat forgotten how to keep my hand shakes under control :c
This is actually a "hanging sculpture" in a hotel I was staying in. The background is the interior of a dome in the lobby of the hotel.
The "hood" is actually my hand (you can see my finger up there). I was trying to figure out whether or not buying a camera hood would be worthwhile. I love the colours and clarity compared to the other photo. I'd love to take this photo again with some filters.
I actually like the red. Earlier we had munchies and made smoothies and fresh juice. Roger just bought a juicer and plans to use it every day. Other than that, the kitchen doesn't see a whole lot of use.
