It just seemed too straight, not to mention too blue, to be from a street light. Furthermore, if I stood around a while, it changed colors, sometimes to orange, sometimes to green. I kept vowing that one day I would go a few steps out of may way and try to figure it out.

Actually managed to capture some tongue action on Zen this evening.....

A bit touristy - actually very busy with hundreds of folks walking through, but it was a nice stop to get out of the car and stretch a bit. And eat some fresh cheese and ice cream as well. The lighting in here was harsh sodium vapor lights so the color is a bit washed out...

This is actually from a while back, I'm running out of room and will have to buy a pro account soon. Sorry for my random leave of absence, I'm probably taking another one to go to Hawaii tomorrow. Actually this was a not very successful shot of some ice on the edge of a roof, melting in the sun.

But after converting it to B/W, maxing out the contrast and rotating it by 90 degrees, I finally ended up with something interesting.
