actually, there is nothing written on this photograph that says anything, much less, "Rico." "Rico" was the fanciful title given to this tiny [2" by an 1 1/4"] anonymous gent with the football, by the dealer who [presumably] found and sold the photograph. it's a good name though, so i'll take it.
Actually this was another of my "signs" that the cottage in New Orleans was just the right place for us! I have been a marble collector for many years, and I am STILL finding marbles there in the backyard!
Actually 12+12, but only 1 trip around the dial. Multitude of other functions too, and still kept operational after ca. 500 years. Solothurn CH.
In my sets: Dan's Other Metal and Dan's Old Architecture.

Actually I forgot what kind of animal this is exactly. Maybe someone can help me out here. I assume it is some kind of ape or monkey.
Actually he posed here with his plough but being against the light he didn't show up that clearly so i gave it a vintage style colour look.
actually a mallard, I believe - while walking in the woods I almost walked into this nest - I didn't see the female leave, but the nest looked like it was still in use so I just took a quick snap and moved on.
Actually you can talk to each other, no need texting...

Actually,, I don't drink coffee, I'm a devoted tea drinker!
Think they would also look good with hot chocolate and marshmallows floating on top too. (Or Milo)
Actually, This is my second attemp for this scene.
I encoutered a problem for avoiding annoying spot lights while using my 10-22mm in the first attemp. The lights were seriously affecting the accuracy of exposure, so I used my standard zoom lens for this shot to avoid them.
@ Melbourne Exhibition Centre, South Wharf
Actually there are probably Lesser and Great Scaup in this bunch, but they're too far out to be able to tell even when viewed large. But I've been saving this particular image for over a year in case I should ever seen a brace or flock of Scaup again.
The town (or part of it) across the Strait is Benicia, California.
Actually my first castle creation, I thought it turned out pretty good.
The giant dragon of Gryfnor has run rampant on a small castle to the west. It has destroyed the drawgridge and most of the castle's inhabitants. For them, however, this is just an average day in Gryfnor.
I actually hadn't planned to upload these pictures, but decided against it.
This are probably the last pictures I take of Roman in this form, so I thought it might be nice to show him like that for the last time.
I have a complicated relationship with this doll.
For the longest I wanted a Dollshe and he was my first, I waited nearly a year for him and he marks the day I started living with Choco.
I love the Saint mold and have a lot of Saint pictures saved on my computer, yet...somehow Roman and me never really worked out.
I think it's partly because I like the Saint in a lighter skintone and my preferred aesthetic for Saint is the total opposite of how I imagine Roman to look like.
On top of that he's just too stylized for the rest of the group.
I was very frustrated till the Granado Uranus came along, I just hope he will work out.
Will miss the Dollshe Pure body though :(
Roman is already reserved for a very nice person so at least he will go to a good home, I still feel a bit sad though and hope I won't miss him too much.
On another, happier sidenote:
I got my birthday present today!;A;
Roman is wearing the uniform part of the Sadol "Green Beret" outfit set, an outfit I was head over heels for as soon as they showed first teasers.
The uniform AND the battle gear is exactly what I always had in mind for Roman (down to the damn turtleneck and the shitton of bags, and I even had thought about giving him an eyepatch later) so as soon as prices went live I did everything I could to get this outfit home.
On top of that I got another holster+gun (for Schwarz) and finaaaaaally a sniper rifle for Ryanne!;A;
Never thought I would some day be able to easily buy one.
Now crossing my fingers that Roman 2.0 will still be able to wear this outfit, else I cry.
And I finally show off his wig by Kagami Design too!
Sadly he will probably not be able to keep it since it has been custom made for the weird Saint head ;_;
Oh well.
He scaringly reminds me of Big Boss at the end of MGS3 with the outfit, incl. the eyepatch (on the wrong side though).
Definitely not complaining.

Actually found Thanksgiving fabric, with words, IN BARBIE SCALE! So, of course, I had to do these. :-)

This little cat is actually a little ring holder and to be honest it isn't used very much, however, today it is holding my wedding ring and that's my engagement ring sitting beside it. Over the years my engagement ring is not worn - strange my finger has got bigger although my wife tells me it's just gotten fatter!!

Thanks to everyone who views this photo, adds a note, leaves a comment and of course BIG thanks to anyone who chooses to favourite my photo .... thanks to you all.
Actually, I think everybody was looking at another Alaskan coastal brown bear just outside of the frame. I can't remember exactly, but to have all those photographers PLUS the momma bear looking right toward me must have meant there was something for them to look at other than than little ole me (grin).
This is the first of three viewing platforms just outside of Brooks Lodge in Katmai National Park, Alaska. This platform overlooks the Brooks River as it empties into Naknek Lake. I and the group of people around me had to wait until the bear in the pic (and possibly the bear outside of the pic) had moved away from the bridge over the river. This is what is called a "bear jam" and can last anywhere from 10 minutes to several hours, depending upon the whim of the bear(s).

Actually as I am writing this I have one of my techno/dance tracks on called Raise your hands and these little Grevilia's look as if their little hands are being raised.
Another Grevilia I hadn't seen before and I just thought it was so gorgeous especially as some of the flowers look like Aliens (and we all know Aliens and me are close friends LOL).
I know I twiddled this into submission but I did like how the sunlight was twinkling on the leaves of the Gum Tree.
Actually, I should say in the midst of the storm as it has begun to thunder outside. Sandra is still making herself felt.
Better on black.
Actually, the Trent & Mersey Canal at Kidsgrove, Staffordshire heavily coloured by iron oxide from the nearby Harecastle Tunnel.
5d mark ii + 85 1.2
Bowens 500r and Mola Setti with diffuser placed camera right. Silver reflector placed on model's right.
Actually, they're scurrying away from me....as fast as their little feets will carry them. :-) They can fly but I think that's a last resort especially when they know a slow moving human can't catch them.:-) Have to conserve energy, I guess.
Actually, my girlfriend saw this and called me from the other room to see these clouds. They were amazing in person!
Someone Else's Photo.
Rene's Gulf Service. Hawthorne NJ.
The station receives a delivery of gas.
This picture should be viewed in it's large size in order to explore the details within.
Note: I have found this location since I posted this picture. It is in Hawthorne NJ, and is currently a Delta Gas Station.
Actually on-the-sale had-painted card from the USA, California, San Diego, featuring VW Bus Mk1 and FORD Falcon
The full version of what is now the Model 5C.
Now has a scope as well.
Still the same caliber and both(forgot to say before) are straight-pull bolts.
Thoughts?

Actually the bear is just chewing, not roaring.
Photographed in the Khutzeymateen Grizzly Bear Sanctuary near Prince Rupert, British Columbia.
Well...I actually shot this yesterday but HATED how it turned out...so I saved the idea to re-shoot today. I was blessed to have a cloudy afternoon to shoot in and got some wonderful pictures but the more I edited them the less I liked them...and that was happening yesterday too. I actually like this a LOT less than I would have hoped...especially considering all the work I put into it...
I just look at this image and see a lot of work gone to waste. Images like this won't get me to Brookeshaden status...note, I don't want to copy her by any means...I just want to reach her status. Hell, I'll even take 25 comments on average at this point...but I'm not...I feel like in the past I've had several moments of progression but they're always followed by a HUGE drop in views and comments. It's so easy for me to tell myself it's because I'm not good enough...and I often feel like that...I'm just not good enough...
So when I see this picture I don't only see the despair I was trying to get at...I see failure.

Actually i don't know what i am looking..
------------
Today i saw a film.."The Giant Mechanical Man". That’s my new favourite movie, it was so beautiful..and I was surprise.. because it explained how i feel!!!!
There’s some days that I’m feel so invisible..like today.. I don't know what is wrong in me..and as they say in the movie.. 'It only takes one person to make you feel like you belong to the world'..maybe I haven’t yet found it..maybe I’m looking for a “Giant Mechanical Man”.
Actually, I saw three of these white ducks that day. Most probably they are domestic ducks that have ended up hanging with their Mallard cousins (and can interbreed with them). They might not have as steady a food source as on a nice farm, but on the other hand may be less likely to end up as confit de canard in some fancy restaurant.
Actually 'our' train was not far away, it was a tired looking class 350 which was already jam-packed with unhappy hot people.
Left to right 221116 with the, 32 minutes late, 1M34 08.40 Bournemouth to Manchester Piccadilly service, 730015 with the terminated 10.50 Rugeley Trent Valley to Birmingham International, and 221135 with 1O14, the 10.25 Manchester Piccadilly to Bournemouth service. I was hoping to get 4 trains in the shot but the Bournemouth to Manchester slunk away...even more late.

Actually around 11 PM ... We get some pretty intense rainbows late in the evening in this region in the summer.
It's a beautiful feeling to be standing in the same spot where I was photographing the Aurora in all it's brilliance a few months ago and now be shooting this glorious light, which appears superficially similiar but is oh such a fundamentally different phenomenon. Kluane Lake,Yukon Territory, June 13.
Actually thought to make this into an actual fig. I painted the gas mask to try and give it more of a navy-style camouflage pattern (weather I was able to accomplish that well is up to interpretation). The MP5 is for a bud that I'm just showing off here.
Actually, I can find any tool I need almost immediately in this mess, and that's all that really matters... Right? Some of these tools are 50+ years old, so at least I'm not losing stuff.
