Actually i prefer these to the red Louboutin soles...but they stain easily :(

actually the Colorado river is between the end of the road and that city..thankfully.

...actually, not much of it on Porthkidney beach, Hayle.

To be upfront, this team *might* not actually be called the Justice Titans. Pre-Flashpoint, Earth-32 was home to another team of amalgamated heroes - in this case, combos of Teen Titans and Justice League members - but with as little as we know about these new versions of the many alternate universes, it's hard to say whether or not the team is still known as the Justice Titans or not.

But Comic Vine said so, so I'm going with it!

Actually not that wild being on a parade float.

Actually, this doesn't look like any other Mum we possess, but that's what the sticker says, so I'm sticking with it.

As an aside, I think my neighbors think I'm very strange, running around the yard with a camera, getting very close to things.

Soooo as owner pictures of the Minifee FLAM head have started coming in I've actually grown to like it quite a lot! I really like the shape of its face, nose and especially the lips, though the shape and largeness of the eyes were what put me off it initially. Even so the more I kept looking at it the more I kept feeling that I wanted to keep mine even though for a while I really didn't know why. But like most sculpts that captivate me for some reason, eventually after seeing them enough I figure out its because subconsciously they remind me of one of my characters its just that sometimes it just takes me a while to figure which one. xD

Since it was mainly the eyes of the FLAM head that I didn't like, I decided to try playing around with some mock-ups of eye mods I could possibly do on it and see if anything (anyone) specific came to me. And then, viola! I figured it out!

TwT With a bit of modding, the face reminded me a lot of Rumor, my little Fallindoll Force fennec fox. To be honest, I haven't really done anything with her in a long time and she's been very neglected among my dolls. xD I bet at this point there are a lot of you who forgot I had her or didn't even know I had her at all haha//shot

TwT Anyways, truth be told I have been thinking of her for a while now and if there is anything I could do for her to inspire me more. What little of a story she had was never really very fleshed out and I wasn't very inspired to work on it until recently when I realized how much i'd sort of forgotten her. Then with noticing how well she suits the FLAM head I started thinking about her story more and developing it and also making some changes. Its not too much so far and some of it I don't want to spoil yet, but if you are interested in hearing some of it I'll write it below~

^u^ Anyways, yeah, i'm still working out exactly how I might want the human (FLAM) version of her to look but I've been working on this little mock-up and I like the direction it is going so far. I'm still not sure how much of the old anthro version of Rumor I want to incorporate into her new/human version, but I made her blushing a lot like how hers is now and I actually think I like it a lot like this but I guess we'll see if it works well irl or if it needs more fiddling xD

o3o If what i'm thinking for her ends up working out, I think in the future I'll also want to reshell her anthro version as well. Not because I don't like the doll or anything, but I just feel that I want her to be smaller, like the size of a small/med stuffed animal plushie in a Minifee's hands. ^w^ So, a Pukifee! I think she'd be perfect as a Pukifee Pukisha and honestly i've wanted one forever (and a Pukifee in general too) but just never had an excuse to get one before haha //shot

Plus since she was always meant to be a voodo doll, I think having that form of her so tiny would be a lot better.

TuT Anyways, no promises yet. If the human version of her works out then i'll see what happens from there. I still have 3 other dolls and a few bodies that have priority over anything else so i'll have lots of time to think it over and work on her story more.

(Also lol in case you wonder about her eyebrows, even though I never got around to it in her previous version Rumor's fox version has always been designed to have blue hair. In her human form though I think I might make it both pink and blue or maybe a pink/blue/yellow pastel rainbow so hence crazy eyebrows and lash colors xDD //shot)

//STORY BLAH TEXTWALL AHOY

Originally the small extent of her character was only that she was a voodoo doll made in the likeness of another person, the young princess of the forest kingdom, a fox girl. Originally since Rumor as a doll was an anthro Fennec fox, I imagined both of them being anthro foxes but in thinking about it further I think I prefer the idea that they are more kemonomimi like. Well, at least the young princess is anyways. Lately i've been thinking that instead of Rumor being just a living voodoo doll of the young princess that instead she herself is actually the princess's twin sister. Unfortunately when she was born, she did not exhibit any animal characteristics and appeared as merely human. Within the forest kingdom the only people permitted to live there are those who are half-animal (kemonomimi) or fully animal (anthro) and because she appeared to be born as only human it was decided that she would live in the human kingdom where they felt she would "better belong". After many years, the fact that the young princess of the forest ever had a twin sister became forgotten in time (whether purposeful or not) and became known as fairytale, or if you prefer, as just a ...rumor.

I won't say by whom or why exactly yet, but I will say that at some point a "Witch Doctor" wishes to take control of the young princess of the forest and uses dark magic to do so. They craft a sort of "voodoo doll", if you will, or a lifeless puppet in her likeness meant to capture the soul the young princess and imbue dark magic into the threads, buttons, ribbons and pins they thread through the gashes they had torn through the doll. Unbeknownst to them initially, The dark magic meant for the young princess was instead cast upon that of her long forgotten twin sister. Furious that their magic appeared to not be working, they acted carelessly and before the spell could be finished they filled the doll more and more with pins and stitched more dark threads through its limbs as they were cut and torn off, altering the spell that was intended. As more and more damage was done and dark magic was imbued into the voodoo doll the more the long lost sister gradually began to absorb the dark magic and with more and more being forced into it, it began to change her body to reflect that of the doll itself.

Though the magic did not do as was intended from using far too much, the Witch Doctor soon realized that the doll HAD absorbed a portion of someone's soul, but not the one they were after. Instead, the rumor of a long lost human sister of the young princess was true and the doll had captured her soul instead, though as the spell was tampered with before it was finished, not in its entirety.

Instead of separating the soul from her body completely leaving her human body an empty vessel, it had instead been left with a small piece of her soul and the rest had become filled with the surplus of dark magic all but surrounding the small bit that remained.

Though it was not what was intended the Witch Doctor soon realized that this unfortunate turn of events was actually quite a boon for them as now they had a new "minion" in this human body.

Being that nobody knew that she actually existed and was passed through the lands as a mere rumor, they decided this was a fitting name to call her.

Though her soul was torn in two ,one trapped in a doll, both sides of her learning the truth of who she was by the Witch Doctor (and who the Witch Doctor was as well) and how she had been abandoned it opened her eyes and though both with different levels of hatred, vengeance, happiness, and sadness both sides of herself joined forces with that of the Witch Doctor help to carry out their plans. She abandoned the human name and human life that she had before as in her eyes it was "better to be a rumor than a lie".

You could say that the doll version of Rumor (the more animal version) is the sweeter, more reasonable version though is still very feisty by nature and not to mentioned literally somewhat hollow, damaged and scorned. The human version of her isn't completely without morals or a conscience and does have very clear ambitions and determination, but is also very unfiltered, impatient, provocative, manipulative, and sadistic. There is still a part of her soul that remains intact and both in look and the way they act you can easily tell they are the same person but because this side's piece of the soul is so small and housed in a body filled with dark magic its also safe to say that any negative feelings and emotions that the doll version of her would have are significantly more extreme in the human version.

Actually thinking I should have quoted 'gutta cavat lapidem', mostly for the sake of euphony, but this way I would miss the reference to the image into the drop.

Oh well, not even sure 'Mundus in Gutta' it's a genuine Latin reference. It is the title of a series of paintings by an Italian painter (thanks Google for the hint) but nothing was found about Cicero or Seneca stating something like that. It's all good, as far as it is used just for light entertainment :)

Actually, it's only one of my happy places (you need as many of those as you can get); I love ending my days sitting on my patio on mild Sumer and Fall evenings....

Actually a conversion from a car.

Seen on Hill Street Coventry on March 1st 2016.

Actually, this is a photo of an iguana that I came across during a visit to Victoria's Butterfly Garden. However, to anything smaller than the fellow above, it is very much a dragon. The photo was taken in August 2017, with my trusty Olympus digital camera. See large. Enjoy.

Actually it's a crow. ;-)

Actually, it's Ms. Bubba. She likes to pose for the camera. Cute, yah?

(No I wasn't that close -- 300mm)

Actually worked better than I had hoped I mean the feeling of disapproval even through those helmets probably like lots looking at this set after all the pink 😂💋

Actually the only direction I didn't get was the passenger's side. My New Car, more in little while.

I actually had some fun with this ADDING noise to it. Usually I am wishing there wasn't much.

actually it's just jelly (lemon flavor), the same as in prev. pic.

Actually, I had only planned on doing a few simple adjustments with this portrait on an unusually calm Saturday afternoon in my office when suddenly Ítalo and Fábio appeared and decided that he would look much better as Shrek. Well, on their suggestions we jointly decided to play around with him in PhotoShop.

Oh dear, the poor kid!

But did they have a good laugh.....................

Have a fun weekend everyone!

Actually, Michelle is always smiling. I don't know anyone else that smiles more. Even when she is pissed off she still manages to giggle more than most people do when they are in a good mood. Her positivity is welcome around my dreary house this time of year (she's one of my three beautiful roommates). Except sometimes in the mornings I want to kill her. Then again, I pretty much want to kill everyone in the mornings. Not really my thing. Hence why I choose to wake up closer to 1pm on days when I have that option. Better to just avoid mornings altogether.

Taken at the Oregon Coast in September just south of Waldport. I completely forgot about the 200 photos I took that weekend until two days ago. Ha.

happy ramadan ya'all allah yt8abbal 9yamkom o0 8yamkom ya rab (f)

Actually, these guys really treat you like a human instead of a number.

The cuisine in Cuba is, well, pretty mediocre. Actually, that's being kind.

However, there are a few really excellent restaurants in Havana if you want to hunt them down. Probably my favourite was La Guarida as much for the location as the cuisine itself.

We weren't sure how easy it would be to reserve a table so we walked down to the building at midday to try to book. At first, it was not clear where this restaurant was, but we finally found it in a non-descript building in a shoddy street in Havana (much of Havana looks and feels shoddy but don't let that put you off!).

On the ground floor was the entrance to a seemingly derelict building - but much of Havana is like that. Walk past the mural of Fidel Castro on the ground floor and head on up the stairs to the first floor. There is little indication that another level up is a fantastic restaurant - apart from the tell-tale signs of linen tablecloths being hung out to dry in the tropical midday heat.

The paint was peeling off the walls on the first floor (there is no paint on the ground floor apart from Fidel's mural) but the immediate impression - with the tropical sunlight streaming in through the window openings - is one of beautiful decaying elegance.

One floor above is the actual restaurant itself but I was captivated by this first floor scene which seemed to sum up Cuba in a single photograph.

Actually, I don't know what this is. Golden toad was the best I could come up with, if anyone knows better, please let me know. I saw him hopping across the path at French Creek trail and he was so fast this was the best shot I could get.

Actually spent time on photo editing for once and it's totally worth it. I need to start being patient when it comes to making my doll pics look good orz... not that it’s perfect.

I don't actually call my truck that, but it turns heads everywhere it goes. If a day goes by and someone doesn't comment on the truck or ask me questions about it, it is an unusual day! Out in the middle of nowhere, though, attention's not really an issue. :^)

One of the funniest interactions was when someone pulled up along side of me at a highway traffic light and waved for me to roll down my window... the two passengers saw the exhaust/intake pipe for the heater on the back of the truck and wanted to know if my ALU-CAB Canopy Camper was a smoker. Before the light turned green, I hurriedly explained that the coaxial pipe was for an adapted sailboat heater used to heat the cabin and tent. I assured them that it was not a smoker!

This photo was taken in the Owyhee Mountains beyond the Succor Creek State Natural Area in Oregon. From that spot nestled up against the base of a cliff, I could see for miles in every direction, with only one other vehicle... just a tiny speck way off in the distance. Earlier that day, the couple had waved hello as they passed by me while I was walking around after driving the truck up a long and steep incline..

If you look closely, you can see some of the truck's dashboard instrumentation. Seeing that reminds me about what someone said. While stopping for gas in a really small town, a local policeman pulled up, rolled down his window, and shouted, "Wow! You've got more electronic gear in there than I have in my squad car! I probably should've taken that as an invitation to chat with him for a minute, but after days out in the wilderness alone, I wasn't feeling in a particularly talkative mood yet.

It has been put through the paces on some demanding terrain... this summer I busted off half of the rear bumper.

That other thing that I notice in this image and many others is something called lens compression. Some of the rock formations look fairly close when reality they are miles away.

Besides wild grapes, I actually DO have a grape arbor, which grows purple Concord Grapes.

We end up losing the grapes to the mold called "Black Rot" every year, but we are trying, this year, to save them.

Here they are, growing a little thinly, but growing, in the arbor.

Actually a blend of 3 exposures;

1 for the lower light trails

1 for the yellow on the left & car going round the front

1 for the higher red on the right.

im actually really really happy with this! :D

hours and hours of hard work went into this photo. hope its top model worthy :D

i just want to point out that goth isn't about wearing black, or all the stereotypes, etc. its a group of people who are tired of 'you have to do this', and 'you have to do that'. they want to create who they are without people telling them what to do. a way they rebel is by dressing in darker colors or wearing clothing that's different.

i had many inspirations for this. i searched up goth editions from vogue and WOWWW they were incredible! :D

i might possibly redo if another rainy day comes by xD

Actually about 11:30 but midnight sounds better.

y Twmpath (welsh)

The Mound in English,

It was called, in the old tongue,”y Twmpath”

Welsh for The mound

The area known as ”y Twmpath” was not really a mound, actually more of a small bald mountain that overlooked a wide valley.

”y Twmpath” had always been as void of any type of vegetation as that valley below was lush and green with.

The ancient ones, Druid Wisemen, used it for their most important ceremonies but only during the daylight for ”y Twmpath” became " strong in voice" as twilight came with the rising moon. So at nightfall, those ceremonial rituals were performed at ”y Twmpath’s” feet.

Through those early times, the area saw many different invaders who took over the valley. Driving away the Druid elders, they ignored their warnings and attempted to conquer the hill.

Various outposts were built by these newcomers to have an overlook over the valley.

And one by one those outposts were destroyed in a chillingly similar manner.

Soon after one of these outposts was finished and occupied ….Always around the time Calan Gaeaf or Sauin (The roots of which Halloween is derived)…

Dark clouds would amass and swirl around the mountain, and in the night, unleash terrifying lightning storms that seemed to roll down from ”y Twmpath’s” and wrack carnage to the valley below.

With the light of day, as the valley occupants emerged to survey the damage, they would discover that whatever structure had been built upon” y Twmpath” was gone, along with any man who had been garrisoned there.

Then, In an attempt to consecrate and make holy the ”y Twmpath” a group of missionary priests built a brick chapel on a small ridge located halfway up the mountain. It lasted for two years before the discovery was made one morning by superstitious villagers that the chapel had been deserted. Further exploration of ”y Twmpath”, in full daylight, discovered the bodies of the missionary priests laid out in a circle at the top of the hill. A crucifix from the chapel plunged upside down in the Centre.

No one dared to build another structure upon it after that…

So these were the legends that made their way to more modern days when sayings like “beyond the pale” became meaningless with electricity and the Telegraph.

And though the legends were told, and scoffed at, the small village in the valley below grew into a large city, that surrounded ”y Twmpath” seemingly giving a wide berth around the small mountain.

Then in 1888 one of the city’s richest men, A heralded Lord, Eric Macmillan, who was a widower with two children, took a much younger lass as his new bride. A wealthy American lady with grand ideas and plans.

She would not settle for a mansion in the city. Her abode had to be above all the others.

Literally….

Without heeding the warnings, she had her lovestruck husband build a stone house upon ”y Twmpath” as to overlook the valley. As a Queen would overlook her peasants.

The great house was built within 3 years without issue. And many believed that the old tales about ”y Twmpath” were merely children’s Nursury tales to keep young ones from exploring the dark shadowy mountain.

It was early spring when the mansion was completed. A great stone structure with looming towers and arched windows and doorways. Upon ”y Twmpath’s” bald top it stood out with a quite ominous presence.

The small family soon were moved in. The wealthy Lord, his wife, and the two children. A boy of 12 and a girl of 10. Along with 2 servants.

The house actually needed more than 2 servants to keep it, but no locals would dare venture there, and the 2 that did take the job were the only ones from out of town that answered the advertisement.

Not much was seen of the family after they moved in. Just the pair of servants when they came to town to pick up supplies that no one else would deliver.

Spring turned to summer, summer turned to autumn and late autumn turned to conversations among the locals, starting in the pubs, that no one could remember the last time the servants from the manor on ”y Twmpath” had been seen.

They would stare up at the house as darkness fell, and noticed that no lights were lit.

“Should someone go up and check?” We’re the questions asked. But no one dared to go there at night. So it was decided the local constables would be told to go up in the light of day to see what was going on.

But later that very evening dark clouds the likes of which had never been seen in the local’s memory began forming and lightning began to streak and crash all around as a driving rain pelted down.

The villagers took cover until the dawn when the storm finally subsided. As the city's occupants emerged and accessed the damage, they looked up at ”y Twmpath”. The stone manor still stood, despite the legends. But nothing, absolutely nothing, appeared to be alive in or around it.

It was not until two days later the pair of local constables were able to leave and check up on the stone mansions' occupants.

They left after lunch, with a herd of locals leaving the pubs to follow in their wake

The gawkers were made to stay out at the foot of ”y Twmpath”. As the constables went up on foot along the winding road and path of stone stairs that stretched almost a full Kilometer up to the stone manor.

Two hours later the constables came back down, visibly shaken. They went to the nearest pub and ordered whisky. The waiting gawkers had followed and filled the pub, surrounding the pair of officials while demanding to know what was all found?

“Nothing….” They both answered as they then downed their drinks and looked around the room before continuing…

“No sign of anything living, or having lived there for some weeks. Though the whole time we were there, both of us felt were being watched and heard sounds behind us as if being followed.”

The other constable chimed in…

“But when we turned around, nothing was there, was it. And when we called out, only our echoes in the hallways answered us back. Job doesn’t pay enough for us to stay there. Let the Yard Detectives figure this one out.”

Detectives did come and scoured the house and property, including the remains of the old stone church.

Only 3 clues were found. None of them really afforded an explanation to what had taken place.

Clue 1: A child’s doll found in the church ruins. Dry as a bone-like it had very recently been set there.

Clue 2: in the nursery, on a drawing board a child’s picture lay upon it. Drawn in crayon the picture was remarkably a well-done likeness depicting the front of the manor house. Above the manor were dark clouds and lightening down with finger paint, from a small hand. The paint was still damp!?

Clue 3: Suitcases of clothing belonging to the occupants were piled in the foyer. The Constables both swore they had not seen anything of the sort when they were there.

As the months passed nothing more was learned of the fate of the Macmillan family and their two servants.

To keep curious from coming onto the property, a caretaker/watchman was hired by the propertys' solicitor.

Though the caretaker refused to stay anywhere near the house at night. He built a small cottage next to the ruined church, using it’s’ remaining stones.

And so it remained, empty and put out of mind.

For nearly 35 years no one dared to go to the Macmillan Manor on desolate y Twmpath after dark.

Then during October 1931…as the country was still embroiled in the “great slump”, one person, a young man, finally did.

This ends the first part of this story.

The second part is his to tell

Actually Utah County under a blanket of smog that glows due to the streetlights within

Actually, on a Pueblo, not a Reservation, and I'm sure someone will explain the difference to me eventually.

Actually this picture was taken in the month of March but the fact remains that there is always much foolishness involved when I get together with the sexy and elegant Robyn Michaels at any time of the year. What we were doing behind the curtain, for instance, will never be revealed but I can assure you it was not too inappropriate. We are two classy ladies after all, even if we're a bit nuts sometimes.

Actually it was a stormy night but the long exposure makes it seem like it was calm.

...actually Derwentwater with Skiddaw wreathed in cloud. The last of these as the cloud became more uniform.

Actually this necklace I've had for ages but never found anything to wear with it...UNTIL NOW! I hope you like this look and I am still yet to get around to answering mail, hang in there! xx

I actually did it. After all this time I made a proper build for the Unnamed universe and wrote something for it! I've no idea where it fits in, but the important thing is it's not another world-building post.

Rain falls as Batman races through the streets. Victor Zsasz, Psychotic, unpredictable, has broken out of Blackgate. Imprisoned for nearly two decades, he's bound to kill again. And Batman has to stop him.

He reaches the corner of Wayne Square, but he's too late. The dilapidated buildings, falling apart with years of neglect, frame our scene. A woman, lies face down on the ground, blood trailing off into a murky pool of water. She's dead, has been for at least 10 minutes. Batman looks up to see Zsasz, leaning against the railing, smoking a cigarette, looking mournfully at his work.

He looks up, flickers of ember falling from the lit cigarette, sizzling against the sodden concrete.

"It's changed" he says absentmindedly. "This city, it's worse now, worse than it's ever been."

Batman says nothing. Gotham's been on the downward grind for a while now. While Neo-Gotham grows more rich by the day, Old Gotham just keeps getting worse. Before you'd see the rich and famous donating money to various causes, trying to help those in need, but now they lock themselves away in Neo-Gotham, safely away from the wretches and the filth of the old city.

"No one came for her y'know." Zsasz sighs. "She screamed and screamed and no one came. They all just locked their doors, pulled the shutters down, and pretended this grisly deed wasn't happening."

"Then why do it Victor?"

Zsasz flicked the cigarette away and stretched his arms out. "The same reason as sixteen years ago Batman, it was a mercy killing, freeing her from the hell that is Gotham city!"

He chuckled, a raspy chuckle that would send a chill up your spine. "It's so much worse now, since the Joker killed Batman, since the old guard died, even worse when they shut down Arkham." He held his arms out in front of him. "May as well take me back to Blackgate, I just wanted to see how it had changed. This isn't my Gotham anymore, and these people don't deserve to be saved."

Well that was rather depressing wasn't it. Unfortunately this is the world that Batman II lives in, where charity is dead and people hide away rather than help. Hopefully the next instalment (if there is one) will be a bit more uplifting.

And as usual, there's ore pics on Instagram: www.instagram.com/p/CosqSmCIBvs/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link

Actually it was GP with the leaf blower. Canon EOS 7D with a vintage Magnivox 70-210 mm manual focus lens. Set at f5.6 1/1000 shutter speed and ISO 200. Processed in ON1 Photo Raw 2020.

Ngl, I'm impressed I actually finished this. It probably didn't help that I used the console unit in two builds, then forgot which one was the main one, then misplaced the one that had promise, but we got there in the end.

And after all that, I don't even like the finished product. If you've got a good memory, you'll recognise the console unit from a WIP I showed off....over a year ago. Here it is for anyone who isn't familiar with it...so everyone probably: flic.kr/p/2jmn8S5

So before I elaborate on why I don't really like it, let's do a virtual walkthrough. The Tardis spans several floors, though only two are populated. The empty space between them is...well empty space. In Universe, you'd access the top layer through a lift, or a magic "enter here, exit there" door. The middle layer is just blank space.

The structure itself isn't too elaborate, it's got all the usual guff, a door, hundreds of round things, pitch blackness cos you can't do lighting in Stud.io, the usual stuff. But the central bit, that's where things get interesting. At first, I was content with just having the gear ball on top of the time rotor but when I put everything together it looked a bit odd. So I did the human thing and made it bigger. It's now got two spinny rings that fill in the space at the top rather nicely. The console too has changed a fair bit since I shared the WIP pic. It's now got a boxy bit at the top, just to help separate the control unit from the timey wimey stuff. And the whole thing is encased in a sort of inner sanctum, with large cut out sections at the bottom. There's also what I'll call "Viewing slits" at the top, so people can sit up there and be mesmerised by the spinny rings.

Now that's out of the way I'll list off what I don't like. I don't like how Stud.io renders copper, so that's gonna have to be changed or gotten rid of. It also seems to have rendered the gunmetal pipes as shiny black, so they're gonna need changed too. I'm also going to have to remove the ceiling of the lower level to let more light in, as the whole lower level's in complete darkness, probably teeming with Vashta Nerada to boot. I should probably also have added a little more to the whole build to make it a bit more interesting, as it's a bit bare bones at the minute. Might also change the floor colour to make it wood instead of...stone, or whatever you interpret the grey as. Should also do multiple renders as well, to show off some of the details that are obscured by darkness, or just plain old bad picture angling.

Think I'd better cut myself off there before I give myself too much crit and wind up demoralising myself. Still, at least now I'll remember what to do next time. Tbh, the only reason this is getting uploaded is cos it took over two hours to render, and I've not got a great deal of other builds to upload.

Right, that's your lot, you can go back to your day now.
