A character I created using the red headed Man of Action that was only sold in the Wal Mart 8 Ropes of Danger set.
His day glow ginger hair is too pretty to keep hidden under a diving helmet forever!
The Adventure Team Viewmaster Reels mention a "Red" as being part of the team. They probably meant this as a name for the Sea Adventurer, but it is ambiguous enough to be assigned to someone else and this guy sure fits the bill!
I see him as a guy who hangs around HQ most of the time monitoring missions, but who also designs equipment for the team and occasionally gets to go on missions to field test it. He's sort of like "Q" in James Bond, only younger and more spry!

The Action Man special shape was built by Cameron balloons in 1997 and has a lifting volume of 110,000 cubic feet. A unique innovation was the parachutist smoke cannister which could be activated by the pilot on take off. It is seen here at the 1997 Bristol Balloon Fiesta.

Made a fantasy knight figure from a 90's Action Man, modded with green stuff and armor cut out of aluminum lamp shades. Looks very impressive and it weighs a ton now :P It's all hold in place with screws, rivets and glue from a glue gun.
