I did NOT assemble this ABSTRACT REALITY IMAGE.
A bedroom window did, using the late morning sunlight streaming in through its curtain.
All I did was crop for composition. and to increase saturation, contrast and sharpness.
what You Are Seeing:
The left half of the image is my unmade bed with its blue bottom sheet.
The bed is up against the wall that has the window.
The right half of the image is the floor at end of the bed, below the window.
The striped patterns are created by sunlight coming in through
an old fashioned semi-transparent. puckered net curtain. It covers the whole window,

‘Reimaginings’ are square-cropped images taken of marks, weathered paint, and rust seen by me in the urban environment which appeal to me as abstract shapes and forms. Some of these photographs are segments of faded and much repainted and over-painted graffiti surfaces, paint spills and general weathering.
a single hand, suspended in chiaroscuro, reaches into the soft breath of light. its gesture is neither command nor question—it simply is. the shadows behind it whisper of absence, and yet the air feels full, as if meaning once passed through and only the echo remains.
