1-2 TBSP sweet-hot mustard
1/4 cup tamari, dark, sweet soy sauce
1/2 cup veg or chicken stock
2 TSP toasted sesame oil
2 chicken breasts (or chicken tenders, pork loin, steak, etc. - whatever you like)
2 TBSP veg oil
1 TSP crushed red pepper flakes
Salt and black pepper
1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
1/2 box Linguini
12 to 16 shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
3 inches fresh ginger root, finely chopped or grated
1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
5 scallions, thinly sliced on an angle
2 cups fresh bean spouts, 4 handfuls
3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds or black sesame seeds, for garnish
Put a large pot of water on to boil for pasta.
Slice the meat very thinly against the grain
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium high to high heat. Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and crushed pepper flakes. After a few seconds add the thinly sliced meat. Season meat with salt and pepper and cook 2 minutes to carmelize, then turn and stir-fry. Add salt to pasta water, add linguini to boiling water. To stir-fry, add mushrooms, ginger, red bell pepper, scallions and bean sprouts. Toss and stir-fry veggies with meat for several minutes. Cook pasta to al dente. Drain and add to the meat and veggies.
Sauce: Combine sweet hot mustard and tamari in a bowl. Add stock and wisk in sesame oil.
Pour sauce over the noodles and meat. Toss and allow the noodles to completely soak up the liquids, a minute or so. Remove from heat. Garnish w/ toasted sesame seeds.
(Meat variation - Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper and then coat with sesame seeds. In a separate pan, add a little oil and half way thru the cooking process, add a few tablespoons of tamari - too much longer and it might burn. Slice and serve on top of noodles).
Enjoy!
Hooded flagellants mimic the crucifixion before whipping themselves with chains to absolve them of their sins
Human development is about much more than the rise or fall of national incomes. It is about creating an environment in which people can develop their full potential and lead productive, creative lives in accord with their needs and interests. People are the real wealth of nations. Development is thus about expanding the choices people have to lead lives that they value. And it is thus about much more than economic growth, which is only a means—if a very important one—of enlarging people’s choices.
Work in Progress of my Asia Town. The whole town stands on a wooden board with a wall made of LEGO BLURBs. Under the board is a shadow Station with five railway sidings for 12V trains, but not completed at the moment. On the left side there is a small city built of Xingbao houses of the Zhong Hua Street series. The entry to the city leads through the Korean Sungnyemun Gate from Oxford Blocks. The train station from LEGO is the 2150 in a MOD version. The place in front of the buildng is not finished, so still a lot of work to do. On the right there is the Glory Hotel from the Korean Netflix TV series Mr. Sunshine and also both other sets (bakery and tram) are there. The big market with a lot of food stalls from Sembo follows. The LEGO gate leads to the Korean Palace, the Gyeonghoeru Pavilion. There is the Ninjago temple from LEGO 70751 and the special set from 2019 New Years Eve Dinner 80101 at the right end.

Ayutthaya Historical Park (Thai: อุทยานประวัติศาสตร์พระนครศรีอยุธยา (Pronunciation)) covers the ruins of the old city of Ayutthaya, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, Thailand. The city of Ayutthaya was founded by King Ramathibodi I in 1351, though it is likely to be significantly older, based on evidence showning that the area was already populated during the Mon Dvaravati period. Sources further mention that around 850 AD, the Khmers occupied the area and established a stronghold there, naming it Ayodhya after one of the holiest Hindu cities in India of the same name. The early history of Ayutthaya is connected to this Khmer settlement. Additionally, Prince Damrong has also attested to the existence of a city named Ayodhya, founded by the Khmers ruling from Lopburi at the point where the three rivers meet. An excavation map shows traces of an ancient baray (water reservoir) close to the southwestern tip of Wat Yai Chai Mongkhon, which could have been built on a former important Khmer temple complex.
The city was captured by the Burmese in 1569. Though not pillaged, it lost "many valuable and artistic objects.":42–43 It was the capital of the country until its destruction by the Burmese army in 1767.
In 1969, the Fine Arts Department of Thailand began renovations of the ruins, scaling up the project after the site was declared a historical park in 1976. Part of the park was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1991.
