Disclaimer: The lanterns are best viewed after the sun goes down, but with timed ticketing, I chose an earlier start time to limit the number of people I would come in contact with, and also, increase the chance I would be able to park close to the entrance (without paying extra for "VIP Parking"). After walking around the zoo for two hours, I didn't want to have to walk half a mile to my car.

Anyway, you can see the figures are lit, but not with the best effect. In addition, I'm not posting the video snippets of the moving parts because after rebooting my camera recently, I forgot to change the video setting from the default (so the results are lousy). Please take a moment to admire the skill of this art. I hope to be able to attend another event later in the year, when sunset is earlier.
