It's easy to see how this lookout got it's name, with it's view up the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone River toward the Falls. You can also see how the park got it's name, from the color of these cliffs. A mandatory stop for anyone visiting the park.

This day there were fires burning in surrounding areas, causing some haze in the distance.

An artist painting the irises in bloom at Presby Memorial Iris Gardens.

Presby Memorial Iris Gardens, located at the base of the 7 1/2 acre Mountainside Park, contain over 10,000 irises of approximately 1,500 varieties and produce over 100,000 blooms over the course of the season. Because of the colorful iris along the beds, this garden is also often referred to as the 'Rainbow on the Hill' by visitors.

Rouen le 24 02 2015, nous sommes un mardi.

Atelier Normand Création. Une rencontre avec Rémi Planche,

www.remiplanche.com/

Meeting up with Rémi Planche

www.remiplanche.com/

A very young and gifted artist who he is also studying History at a very high level. He is painting with his hands and finishing his work with his nails... (in fact steel needles).

So here is a serie dedicated to Rouen and some of Rémi's work I took the liberty to "retouch" a little bit...

Otherwise, where the fun will be?

It's always a challenge at the local Auto Car shows , one point is that with the old classic cars of Yesteryear, is that all that chrome picks up all the reflections from all directions ! just moments earlier I was digging through my Camera casa looking for the right lens as well the ultimate filter,, when from behind a voice, this statement came Yes all you guys have the most expensive Camera ! Yes I answered ! the paying customer wants the quality results ! and after all they are the ones that buy the Camera's , we no mater age recognize free advertising ! and where quality comes from ! here I forgot to remove myself from the photograph what really caught my eye is that this vehicles 1948 display's a certification with approval from GM on authenticity GM Parts ! view the Large format suggested, Enjoy the View !!

I enjoy watching and photographing street artists at work.

Death Valley National Park

Taken along the strip next to Wakiki Beach, Hawaii.

The artist is a receptacle for emotions that come from all over the place: from the sky, from the earth, from a scrap of paper, from a passing shape, from a spider's web.

This is Francesca Woodman and Brooke Shaden inspired all the way :)

Ever notice how a lot of people care more about the work than the artist behind it? I mean of course, the piece of work, whether it be a photo, poem, painting, book etc, is the thing you're being impressed by, but what about the person who sat for hours imagining and creating that piece simply for the voyeuristic enjoyment of others? I'd hate it if a piece of my work got very well known and posted all over the internet but no one knew who it was by - it'd be like taking a part of me away, and even if I said I'd created it I'd probably be considered a liar.

I think this must be the best quality photo on my stream of the beautiful Underwood typewriter which John bought my last Christmas - it's beyond amazing, annoying to lug about though, it's so heavy!

I'm glad that despite this being an assignment for Uni about movement within images, I was able to make it personal to myself as well.

My new levitation photo, I love these concept shoots and hope to do a lot more of them this year.

This ones slightly cluttered but it does resemble an actual artis studio.

With Charlotte Moore, what a good sport, hope your backs recovered.

Thanks to Martin Clarkson for letting us collaborate with your studio space!

Clare Gregory did Costume, Hair & Makeup. I'm so lucky xx
