I'm always being facinated by the ability of this artist, surrounded by people, noise and lights, always focused on his work, always creating beautiful pictures for the timepieces that they sell at The Emporium, main street, Disneyland.

Uno dei punti più fotografati del parco, mostra l'ingresso dello Yellowstone River nel coloratissimo canyon.
At our local Riverside park one day a group of local painters were out and doing their thing. I asked permission to take photos and enjoyed this lady and her work and pallet of paints. I then did a sketch drawing effect with PSCS CC framed and stroked after adding 4 textures and masks. Enjoy~

This was a last minute attempt at getting some decent light. Our original spot looked real promising till the fog rolled in and we basically hauled a** to get to this spot and was rewarded by some pretty spectacular light!
Btw, i'm not sure if you face this problem, but the advertised 'absolutely neutral' SR Reverse grads, especially those of higher stops actually throw magenta tints comparable to my 15 dollar Cokin ones, even without stacking.... Hmm..

Mirit Ben-Nun is a unique Israeli painter whose works showcase a rich inner world that blends color, shape and emotion. Artist Adamu L. Hernandez Granados works on his Tibetan-themed painting. I wandered into the Instituto Allende and met Adamu. He was very nice and extremely gracious, allowing me to photograph him while he painted. The Instituto Allende is an extension of Guanajuato University that offers college courses in the arts.

Wallcandy street art project has drawn together a diverse range of artists & designers with the aim of transforming specific locations around the town of Ennis – many of which were run down – into quirky art pieces. Wallcandy collaborated with Ennis business and property owners, Ennis Town Council, the County Arts Office, the Clare Youth Service, and 15 local artists and designers, all of whom gave their time for free. Each Wallcandy is an individual piece which has been inspired by, and has cleverly used, the features of its location.

Two identical rooms offer a place to explore two sides of a “mirror” — what is real and what is a construct. Yota Argyropoulou enters into a fictional world of emotional experience and invites visitors to follow her into action and inaction, detachment and connection. For eight hours each day and for seven weeks, one room will be her own truth, where time is suspended, a place of privacy “shattered” by the arrival of the real: the visitor in the other room. The glass between them isolates but at the same time invites communication, intimacy, and moments of genuine connection.
