Windows are an important part of street photography for me. On the one hand, there are the interesting reflections, but also the confusion that sometimes arises and has to be resolved first. Fenster sind für mich in der Streetphotographie ein wichtiger Bestandteil. The facilities along Umhlanga’s beachfront are similar to what you may expect at other world-famous beach destinations. The clean, white sandy beach and warm water of the Indian Ocean waters beckon. There are great seafood restaurants with seating almost on the beach. Park on Lagoon Drive and walk down "Walkway to the Beach" (signposted). Some of South Africa's most famous hotels are along this coastline – the Cabanas, Breakers, Pearls, Oyster Box, and the legendary Beverly Hills, Sol Kerzner's first hotel. A beautiful paved walk meanders through a beach garden to your left, while a stroll to the right will bring you all the way up to Umhlanga Beach's landmark, Umhlanga Lighthouse.

After eight days of thick mist and gloomy cloud, we finally have some sun coming. So it's washing on the line and out looking for something to photograph. Sun's arising is by Phosphorescent.
Here is a spooky shot of the dead arising at Mount Hope Cemetery in San Diego. This shot was easily done by going to the Cemetery at twilight, on a light drizzling rain. set your aperture high and your ISO low, with flash. Voila the orbs are just reflecting rain drops.The tails are the movement of the rain drops as the flash fades, giving them a tail.

This was one of those mornings when all conditions came together perfectly at Mount Vestrahorn.
A cold, crisp morning & Beautiful sunlight illuminates the the mountain & foreground covered with snow. always fascinated by this place because every-time i see something new & totally different look.
I cannot get over how awesome Liisa is! I would kill to shoot her all the time! I miss everyone from the meet up so much! GAH TAKE ME BACK!!!

A very long golden hour gave me ample amount of time to walked down to the town, took some pics, came back to this spot and snapped this shot.
