Tried the Canon out on the incense smoke shot for this frame. The lighting was a bit bright on the knob and cast a shadow on the incense smoke rising.
You have to fall to get up. You have to crawl to learn to walk. You have to lose to win. Even the phoenix had to be ashes to be reborn from the fire.
I loved the sunburst effect in the rock pool in this black and white shot, looking as though the sun was shining on the beach. Sun arise by Phosphorescent is a beautiful track. and it was a really beautiful day.

It was a wonderfully wild day on the Castlemartin range, meaning I had the whole place ego myself. I did six more sites for Sue's ashes, this was one of our very favourite places, Su would do watercolour sketches, while i explored the cliffs. It was thick cloud when I arrived, but the sun cam through, as the waves got bigger and the wind got stronger. The main problem was the tripod getting blown over. Sun arise is by Phosphorescent.
