After the first storm of the season, alas the gods made a mistake, it was too early, three days later most of the snow had melted - 5Points, Sugar Hill, New Hampshire
Just about to get down off the top, it was freezing and I felt about as much in the mood for taking pictures as I did for starting a jigsaw up here. But just as larey walked out to the next set of stairs down, I spotted this shot.
The shutter tripped on iso160 film at a unnervingly fast speed something like f8 & 1second, wheras it was normally in the f8 & 10second range.
I was sure it wouldn't come out, but amazingly it did!
This is barely edited, about 5points of contrast added in LR2.2 like all my other 35mm film shots, thats all.
