This is my most recent print and honestly I think it may be my best piece so far. I am trying to think about Zen and a spiritual search in this piece and I think some of that may be coming through. This took me so long to finish and I don't even know if it's done yet. I could still make it about 6 inches wider but I just do not have time in my schedule for that kind of extended madness. My fingers are now very hard from all the carving. Cheers!

*edit* this piece is 18" by 18" so I had to scan it in sections and piece it together in Photoshop.

Extreme sunset shot taken behind the now closed car wash at 5 Points in Whittier. Taken on Day 1 (5/4/19) of the 4th annual “One Week in Whittier” photography event by the Whittier Photographers Society. I waited for the sun to go down behind the building to light up the dirty and tagged windows to give tt that amazing glow and then I edited this photo in Lightroom to put it over the edge and give it that "end of the world nuclear bomb" feeling.
