The scene on an overcast, mid-November day at Auditorium Shores Dog Park. Located on the south side of Lady Bird Lake, this 4.5 acre not fully fenced park was redeveloped in 2015. It is a great place for dogs to make new canine friends, play frisbee fetch or take a swim in Lady Bird Lake (only for the dogs, not their owners.)
The redeveloped park now features three distinct water access areas for dogs, a drinking fountain for dogs with a shower to rinse dogs off, and an interior walking trail. The park, as can be said of all of Auditorium Shores, is a nice place to take in the Austin skyline day or night.
With a population of just over one million residents, Austin is the 10th largest city in the United States. The Austin-Round Rock-San Marcos Metropolitan Area, now with a population of 2.3M, also is the fastest growing large metropolitan area in the country having added more than 579,000 residents since 2010.

The Junkers Ju 52/3m (nicknamed Tante Ju ("Aunt Ju") and Iron Annie) is a transport aircraft that was designed and manufactured by German aviation company Junkers.
Development of the Ju 52 commenced during 1930, headed by German aeronautical engineer Ernst Zindel. The aircraft's design incorporated a corrugated duralumin metal skin as a strengthening measure, which was very unusual at the time. The Ju 52's maiden flight was performed on 13 October 1930. It was initially designed with a single engine, however, it was produced in quantity as a trimotor. The primary early production model, the Ju 52/3m, was principally operated as a 17-seat airliner or utility transport aircraft by various civil operators during the 1930s. Following the rise of Nazi Germany, thousands of Ju 52s were procured as a staple military transport of the nation. The Ju 52/3mg7e was the principal production model.
The Ju 52 was in production between 1931 and 1952. In a civilian role, it flew with over 12 airlines, including Swissair and Deutsche Luft Hansa, as both a passenger carrier and a freight hauler. In a military role, large numbers flew with the Luftwaffe, being deployed on virtually all fronts of the Second World War as a troop and cargo transport; it was also briefly used as a medium bomber. Additionally, the type was deployed by other nation's militaries in conflicts such as the Spanish Civil War, the Chaco War, and the Portuguese Colonial War. During the postwar era, the Ju 52 had a lengthy service life with numerous military and civilian operators; large numbers were still in use by the 1980s. Even in the 21st century, several aircraft have remained operational, typically used for purposes such as heritage aviation displays and aerial sightseeing.

The New England Southern Railroad is seen heading north through Canterbury, NH with 2 tank cars bound for 3M, the New England Southern's sole customer. Since the normal power was recently moved to Vermont, Pan Am Railways GP40 # 354 was leased for the trip, providing a rare opportunity to see Pan Am north of Concord.
The crew of Maryland & Delaware's Worton Turn has completed their work at Massey and will soon head west for Worton.

Im Frühjahr 2020 meldeten die Nürnberger Nachrichten, dass zu einem großen Manöver auch die Kaserne Katterbach mehrfach per Bahn bedient werden soll und gar Helikopter auf der Schiene transportiert würden. Die Meldung machte in der Eisenbahnfreunde-Szene schnell die Runde, entpuppte sich letztendlich aber als Ente. Das Manöver fiel zudem wegen Corona in Wasser. Für die Verlegung von Rotationseinheiten der US Army wurde der Kasernenbahnhof aber schließlich im Juli mehrfach genutzt, täglich kamen teilweise zwei Züge mit "Kleinkram". Bereits im Jahr 2019 wurde der Anschluß mehrfach genutzt, wie obiges Bild zeigt. Leider führt die Strecke gefühlte 99 km durch dichten Wald, lediglich die letzten 3m sind Ackerland und lassen fast nur eine derartige Aufnahme zu.
Een gewoon maar nog steeds mooi verschijnsel is in Nederland de ICE-3M. Toen ik bij Loenersloot op de Thalys wachtte kwam de ICE ook voorbij, onderweg naar Frankfurt am Main.
De ICE-3M 4601 met de special livery 'Europa' had ik al lang op mijn verlanglijstje staan.
Maar als altijd: tijd, plaats en omstandigheden. Ik denk dat dit met deze doorkomst op het station Utrecht Zuilen van trein 126 alles wel goed tezamen valt.

昨日、店で撮影してたら入口の松飾りを片付け忘れていることに気が付いて急いで回収した。
