I have been half in love with the morning sunrises lately. Something about the late autumn sun that gets me everytime. I call it, "a certain slant of sun," and it's only like this around this time of year. Everything just looks prettier, crisper, more hopeful somehow. On the rare dry morning (they are becoming fewer and fewer), I am enamored by the way the sun glints across fields, through trees, on the grass and even on the Pocomoke City water tower. Especially the water tower. I've stopped to admire that glint so many times. I'm glad I carry my camera everywhere now, so I can catch these moments. I went back outside about five minutes after I took these; the sun had risen into the cloud bank that was sitting over us, and my beautiful autumn glow was gone. So glad I caught it.
Inside the salon note the windows and the view. In the background is the sliding hatch to the starboard stateroom.

Today was a lazy day. Highlight of my day was driving to roxbourgh park and buying pickled turnips from basfoods! Hooray! This photo was taken with my iPhone at around 11.55pm I think...
Guess what we had for dinner tonight? Yup. Didn't feel like cooking. But funny thing is that I've gotten this SAME fortune before. I feel so cheated. But maybe the same fortune twice means it'll really, really come true? Doubt it.
I've probably got a photo of this same exact fortune somewhere in my Flickr stream, LOL.
Me dice: Tu pareja te necesita más que nunca.
Le respondo: A veces yo también me necesito...
Y me abrazo, me siento, y lo siento. Lo siento.

The Front or Main Gallery, looking out toward the Front Hall/Entrance. This space was originally cut into a breakfast dining room, a linen closet and a bathroom. After renovations were performed in 1924, this space was turned into the museum's Main Exhibit Gallery, used for traveling and temporary exhibits. Located in the Paddock Mansion Museum at 228 Washington Street in Watertown, NY.. (PM/39)

I will be 8 minutes late to my own funeral (no really - I plan to preplan and pay extra) but for GODDESS sake, PLEASE be sure I get a decent manicure 'kay?

Mmm... Italian BMT on flatbread. Yummy.
This is my pitiful excuse for Monday's photo, while I was on the lunch break. I've been so busy lately. :( I hope I can adjust to it.
Thank you all for visiting and for your gracious and appreciated comments! I wish I could thank each of you personally.
Have a great day.
Kathleen
