Jupiter has 67 moons, and with a small telescope or even a pair of binoculars we can see the four largest moons, Callisto, Io, Ganymede, and Europa. These were seen by Galileo and are referred to now as the Galilean Moons. In this photo you can see Jupiter and three of the Galilean moons. The fourth was on the far side of Jupiter.
This is what the moon looks like at approximately 6% illumination. I love shooting the moon in the early phases as you can see some nice details.
For here we are rough and damaged: Looking out to the distance, it looks like everything is clearing up nicely.

Hey guys!
This week i'll be giving a workshop together with my dearest friend @dearcamera, and soon after that a lecture at Clicknic's encounter (a beneficent picnic, hosting by my beloved friend @geandittimam, and me). So, in the next couple weeks won't be possible do a lot of cool self portraits like you always see here. I even thought give a 20 days break in my 366 project, but i decied that would be better make a simple daily picture of my magical props, in a nice way ☺️
I hope you understand,
All my love 💛

I didn't intend to take a bug shot today. Actually, I didn't know what to do. Then at rowing training I noticed a large group of butterflies. So I grabbed the camera, missed the butterflies but found this chap instead! Not sure what it is other than I think it may be a juvenile.
So, did you all enjoy the Olympic Opening Ceremony? I thought that it was excellent with some truly inspired moments!
Bizarre is the only word I could come up with to describe this. We have a 95% full moon with some odd cloud cover. But we also have Jupiter visible just below the center-left of the photo. The wind was blowing the clouds around, so I was lucky to get Jupiter in that gap while the moon was behind enough clouds so as not to wash everything else out. Sometimes you just never know what the sky will present you.
My baby! I've really been thinking a lot lately about how I can best make every moment count with her. She just turned 5 and will go into kindergarten this fall. It will be strange to have a few hours to myself during the week!

Just "dad" doesn't describe him. He's the best father anyone could ever ask for. And yes, it's quite cliché to say that your dad is the best dad. But I don't care, my siblings and I are the luckiest kids in the world. He's our bestfriend and our mentor. He picks us up when we are down and cracks jokes with us. He has sacrificed so much for us and works so hard to support us in anything we do. Amazing doesn't even come close to describing this man. I would be so lost without my dad.
He has been working his butt off doing hard labor for 27 years. If he can have a genuine smile, you can too.
I'm not ashamed to say that I love my dad.
I love everyone in my family just equally as much.

Editing is meh, I just wanted to try something different.
Hadn't seen Todd's smile on State for a few months, as it turns out he suffered a heart attack in late December and slipped into a comatose state for 9 days following his "recovery." Back now, with a new life but still the same great attitude and willingness to make friendly conversation with just about anyone he meets. I'm glad he pulled through as his smile and care towards others would be missed if he were to have left us too soon!
