Feeling back on form today thank goodness! Spent hours and hours in the garden - first time this 'summer' so you can imagine the weeding that needed doing! Not much time to take a photo as I really wanted to crack on. Thought this little self-seeded poppy was sweet although it looks a lot more orange here than it did in Lightroom!
Sorry for not commenting much the past couple of days - it's really busy and getting busier but I will try and catch up as soon as I can.

day 59/366 : waiting... for school to get out for the day, and for springtime! I'm so ready for some more sunshine!
Oggi non avevo idea di cosa fotografare, così ecco a voi una brutta foto e un po' sfocata di una parte della mia moto.
Another day in the journey that has become my "100 strangers" project, as it turns out Jeff and I went to the same high school and knew many of the same people. While our paths haven't crossed directly until now, it appears through conversing this afternoon that we were connected prior. The most painful tattoo on his face was the maggot coming out of his forehead, the rest were just minimal pain. See in comments the picture of "Hopper," from January of this year and come to find out that Jeff did his work. Pretty neat really!

The Martini is real but Linda can only enjoy it virtually, And sorry Linda I only have black olives. Shaken not stirred of course.
When you are taking many photos at home you will soon realize that a lot of them will be close-ups under artificial light.
Time to practice with lower f-stops, slower shutter speeds and higher ISO. It might even take you into M for manual and autofocus (particularly narrow depth of field) may make it hard to get everything sharp. Then you may need to investigate higher f-stops like f8 or even f11 or better, for a wider depth of field, still better get a stronger light source. Its much more fun if you experiment and try out these things yourself than I tell you.
You can of course see my camera settings in the EXIF data (on the right)
