Urban Decay's latest eye color palette in beautiful rosy neutrals (you can see the shades across the bottom of the box). I love Urban Decay eye shadows, and the first Naked palette was what got me hooked on them. They go on nicely and have major staying power. Plus, the shades are gorgeous! Psyched to try these out in the morning!

Day 46/365
Today I had a headache and a gum-ache thing going on so I moped. Then I cleaned my room and re-arranged my whole entire bookshelf in, nearly, alphabetical order. I also did some laundry and took some photos yet one thing I didn't do was start my essay due on Tuesday. Dammit. I really need to get more productive and start doing that tomorrow. It'll take me ages.
Like literally today was just an unwinding day for me because I was exhausted from the trip to the city and spending all day traveling yesterday. Anyway, I think I'm gonna go watch a show
Well, my day started a lot better than it ended...
I went with a girlfriend to a great yoga class this morning and really enjoyed it. But on the way down the stairs at the gym, I managed to turn over my ankle (while daydreaming and not watching my steps, I'm sure)... OUCH!!! ($&@?!;&#%*$@&!)
I think I saw stars and immediately got lightheaded with the pain. Ugh!! But luckily, a trainer scooped me up, carried me down the stairs (my hero!) and set me up on the lobby sofa with an ice pack. Grrrrrr...! At least my toenails were painted and pretty, right? After a few frantic texts, my parents came by and drove me home, while I mumbled choice words under my breath the whole way... I am SO mad at myself for doing something so careless!
Needless to say, this picture has been my view most of the afternoon. In between ice pack changes, I've been able to hobble around a bit. I'm hoping the swelling goes down tomorrow or Wed, but by then my bruised ankle will likely be a rainbow of colors... Lovely.

Visited the cows at Wright's Dairy with Josh at lunchtime today while picking up some milk. He was so excited when they mooed back at him. Yes, he mooed at them first. :)

I at least got one in for the last challenge. Had some more ideas, but was unable to execute them. :(
I'm so proud of my Quiz Bowl team today! They competed in the KTIV Quiz Bowl at Morningside College with 27 other schools and came in 7th place! Our goal was to get in the top 16, so we could go to the next round, which will be televised. We exceeded our hopes and expectations. It was very fun! And as their coach, I'm just beaming with pride today!
