It's always funny how from one idea I get in my head I end up with something completely different but it's cool I suppose. I saw the lights on in the garage after my brother was working there all day and they all went to a movie and I was home alone I couldn’t resist.
I shot my sister there about a year ago and I knew it had potential but it took quite a while to get there until I figured out what works.
It's still so hard with my face! I don’t know how people do it they just have it you know the cheek bones that work in any angle and that look in their eye… I don’t care I want to be behind the camera but it's still frustrating.
Who can say if I've been changed for the better?
I'm really found of this shot. It really simply captures me, and even though it's a boring mirror shot, I really think it's peculiar in a way, and I enjoy that.
Triangles in nature.
This was a tough one. I couldn't really think of any natural triangles, and didn't see anything as I walked around the park. Until I noticed the sun shining through a maple tree. Five tiny triangles attached to a stem.

Conan
Yup, I am not gonna lie, I didn't want to go outside after coming home from work, because it was so cold!!!
So decided to shoot our cats in the apartment.
However I still wanted to try something new, so I grabbed my 70-200mm lens instead of the 50mm and put Conan out of the frame.
To put the subject in the frame like this was out of my comfort zone, but I quite like the result.
Nice to try something different and discover something new. I have to keep doing that.
Some part of Hokkaido has been out of the power for the last 3 days and still 6,400 houses don't have electricity.
It was -5℃ last night and the power will be back tomorrow afternoon.
I wish them the best.
