Glostrup. Arriva 1085 gets scrapped one hour after arrival. This bus survived many of it's siblings withdrawn from Vejle and Horsens in 2010. Half of them were scrapped, the other half re-used in Copenhagen, but only 1075 & 1085 lasted until they reached 18 years of age - as extra peak hour service buses, but still it's a remarkable age in a country where buses last 8-12 years in average.

These were taken with a 20-year-old Canon EOS D60 DSLR that I borrowed to try out. I used it with my own EF 50mm f1.4.
My first DSLR was the Canon D30, the model right before this one, and from there I upgraded to a 10D so I had never used a D60. It uses the same sensor as the 10D, though, and handles almost identically. The autofocus isn't quite as good but it gets the job done.

2 Augustus 2002 startte een uniek archeologisch onderzoek in Gorinchem. Op de lokatie waar in 2003 een V&D vestiging haar deuren opende, werd een opgraving uitgevoerd met als doel de aard en ligging van het (Hof of Huis) van Arkel en de Grote School vast te leggen alsmede inzicht te krijgen in de oudste bewoning en opbouw van het terrein.

I've owned this thing well over 20 years now. I've put about 170,000 miles on it. No serious problems yet, although it doesn't get driven much these days. I shot the picture 13 years ago. It looks as good as ever.
