You might have to view it large to catch the detail, but you can see the blowing snow streaking through the picture.

1) You cold-weather photographers should post more helpful hints about shooting in the snow.

2) I really need a longer lens.

A relatively new SD40-2 leads this southbound, probably NH-2, although perhaps by now it was SENH -2 ( I never really learned the Conrail symbols, remember, I was not the scanner guy, Dave Shaw was!) How did they differentiate Selkirk to New Haven trains on the Maybrook from those that traveled through Springfield? This is Hartford (CT) Yard, and it is either late November or early December 1977.

Thanks a lot for your views, comments and favs :-)

This is version 2. I decide to re-visit this shot and use some of my new know-how about ACR to re-work this image. I'm fairly sure this is better than the first one. Sharper, the colors are more accurate etc.

OK, apparently I still need to work on my JPEG export skills... seriously bogus gradients on the outer parts of the image...

Update: Thanks to hyles/Diego on canonrumors.com this was identified as the Palmpit Viper of the genus Bothriechis. Much appreciated Diego!

Day two of SHIPtember building, got a good couple hours in this afternoon. Engines 50% done.

The notes are numbered and each has a brief comment.

1 - Why does anyone still drink coffee out of a Christmas mug? It's May! Besides I have about a 100 mug collection, so I do have a choice.....

2 - I sent two pictures into the Jones Soda company hoping they would put one of my photos on a soda bottle. I even have an "identity" to sign into their website. Ridiculous?

3 - JFK is a great hero of mine and this is a classic photo from the 1961 NY TImes Magazine, the burden of leadership.

4a & 4b - 2/3 of my little speaker system which cost just $20. and sounds great. I play music alot, especially when using my computer. The woofer is underneath the desk.

5 - Mr. Slick, a finger puppet. Symbolic of all the bullshit we are exposed to. Nonetheless, I like him for some reason.

6 - A cuddly, laid-back Sea Lion. It represents my love and respect for our Animal "Kingdom" and a great contrast to Mr. Slick, the human.

7 - Some reference books in a very old little book holder. You may recognize them yourself. Nice to keep close by for research, which I like to do.

8 - Buddy Christ, TV character and spoof of religion. I think faith is important but we have to maintain a sense of humor and respect for others' beliefs. Besides is this act enough for me to burn in hell? Don't think so but there is always my old Catholic guilt!

9 - Mumsie, or my mom. An old photo that reminds me of her enduring spirit in my life. I had an awful lot of fun with her and thoroughly enjoyed our banter. "Mumsie" is one endearing term I used for her, anyone remember Dobie Gillis and Chatsworth Osborne, Jr.?

10 - John Lennon mouse pad. Another hero, peace advocate and a great musician and artist. Imagine........

11 - Being a man, a remote control is an appendage to my body.

12 - My laptop. Repaired three times in two years, it drives me crazy but enables me to do this. I like portability, a buzz word of the '90s by the way.

13 - My man Senator Barack Obama, speaking at the commencement of Wesleyan University today. He was asked by Senator Ted Kennedy to take Kennedy's place. He received an honorary doctorate there (he has one of his own already) and spoke of service to your country. Instead of the usual bullshit "analysis", advertisements and cut off sound bytes found on TV, I found the stream on the web for the full uncut version. I was able to fight off "remote control syndrome" after all!

You see, a persons desktop tells all about them........Carpe Diem!

This was taken last month I think??? I had been using my Sony Nex and Sigma DP cameras for awhile so decided to take out the Canon 500D. I have been trying to use it a bit more recently as

1. I am not travelling with it so weight is not and issue.

2. I can put filters on the Sigma 10-20mm including the B&W ND but not so on the Nex with wide-angle adapter.

I have used the Sigma 10-20mm on the Sony Nex and it has been fun so maybe I will try it out again some time but it´s staying on the 500D for now as I am near the coast and don´t trust the Nex camera so much near water:(

lightoflanzarote.wordpress.com/

I was tagged. :)

This was the last picture taken (on my webcam) just before I cut my hair off this summer. I miss hiding in that mop sometimes.

1. I was born with a birth defect called craniostenosis. My case was severe, affecting only the left side of my head and additionally my left eyebrow bone was too large, my left eye was too low and I was missing my left temporal bone. I was very fortunate that the surgery to correct the issue was perfected 3 years before I was born. Without the surgery my face would be (even more) severely deformed and I would be mentally retarded. At the time only 5-10 children in the USA were born with this condition each year. I have screws running along the left side of my forehead which are very sensitive to the touch and a scar from the top of my head to behind my left ear. This is the reason I always wear bangs and attempt to hide the left side of my forehead and brow.

I will be forever grateful to the neurosurgeon and plastic surgeons who gave me a real chance at life.

2. I can say my alphabet backwards. :)

3. I can't touch cotton balls, especially the type that comes inside of medicine bottles. They make my skin crawl. *shivers*

4. I love to sing and I can um, yodel.

5. I am a Registered Nurse and practiced for 10 years. I specialized in the NICU.

6. I have been married for 19 years, and have two children. They are the loves of my life.

7. My husband and I own a hair salon. I do the bookkeeping (even though I loathe numbers and math) and marketing. He does everything else.

8. I am 39 years old.

9. Even the smallest things riddle me with guilt and weigh on me heavily for days on end.

10. When I wake up in the morning I am nonfunctional for at least 30 minutes. Do not talk to me or try to make me think, I will just cry.

11. I love to dance with strangers.

12. I prefer to be alone most of the time. Yet, I often feel lonely from isolating myself.

13. I have ocd I have ocd I have ocd.

14. I'm fascinated in watching people and get easily lost in their faces. I often have to remind myself not to stare at people.

15. I tend to be very quiet in social situations. But get me one to one with a person I trust and I will yap your ears off until you beg for mercy.

16. My dream is to live on a train and travel the world aimlessly, soaking it all in until it all becomes a part of me.

Battered.

Bruised.

Broken.

Bandaged.

Peacefully I picked up the pieces and put it all back together

so that I could give to you my all.

You see my dear, many a time I was promised to be caught if I fall.

Thinking it was easier to leave it on the floor,

one chapter of my life ended and In you walked through my door.

So to you I give what's left of it. I know it may not look like enough,

but in this time it's been healing, it's with you I fell in love.

Whether or not you decide catch me, I feel safest when I'm with you,

Just promise me you'll give it back if you decide to break in in two.

As little as it may look, a handful is all i got...

But honey if you give me time I promise it will be a lot!

_______________________________

Sooo... I've had this idea in mind for quite some time. I actually wanted to do this on Monday but I had dinner plans with a good friend and I had to work 2/2 jobs. Yeah I work 2 jobs. Anyway. Mmm... making fake blood was fun (2 parts corn syrup+1 part water, red food coloring a tiny bit of blue till you're happy with the color and corn starch to thicken)

Also, Migs Vuitton tagged me for the 16 things thing. I figured since I'm putting my heart out there what's 16 little tid bits about me... so here goes.

1) "Hella Vela" - my nickname given to me by my college friends. My name is Jennifer Vela. Seeing how Jennifer is a common name and the organization I was in had like 5 of them, we went by our last names. Apparently "Vela" (pronounced Veh-La) is hard to pronounce so my friend introduced me to everyone as Hella Vela... and it stuck.

2) I'm a freakin' helpless & hopeless romantic. Been hurt several times but I've always managed to get up. Love love... giving and receiving. It's the best feeling in the world when it's reciprocated.

3) I love music & dancing - my luck of the draw... Everyone on my mom's side can sing, everyone but me that is... so I stick to dancing. Used to dance with several lil' groups and now I stick to dancing in front of the mirror when I'm getting ready.

4) My favorite color is green.

5) I talk just about as much as I listen. I talk a lot!

6) I'm an Excel Nerd... the go-to person at work when they need a spreadsheet ASAP. Self taught by the way!!!

7) My best friends currently are or were living in other countries. Ellie in Thailand, Cindy in Japan, Abby was in Canada but now she's here.

8) I love cheese... I'll pass on the wine but I love cheese.

9) I love to cook. (Sheesh I use the "L" word quite a bit don't I?)

10) Speaking of the "L" word... yikes I dropped it on someone... meant it. Wasn't returned :0| but it's cool... their expression said it all.

11) Guilty pleasures... Realty TV. I hate drama but every now and then I need a little fix so I turn on the tv and see how other people deal and then my life doesn't seem so crazy.

12) I'll never forget this number... for some reason it's a recurring number in my life. whether or not they act like 12 or it's their favorite # or someone's birthday...

13) I get deja vu a lot. A LOT!

14) Believe that dreams can be prophetic. God's trying to tell us something.

15) I believe in God! His existence. He is my creator and without him I would be nothing. Just respect that and we'll get a long just fine. Please don't try to convince me to join your religion. I'll politely attend a service with you because you asked, but I pray on my own time. You see God and I have this relationship that he and I only understand.

16) I can swim but I suck at treading water!

Filmed and sighted at Victoria Shopping Centre in Southend-on-Sea.

Released by Jolly Roger in an unknown year under license from Ragdoll Productions for BBC. This unit is distributed by Photo-Me.

NOTE 1: The V2 has the opening theme and different SFX (including the attract mode as one of its SFX!) In fact, this is the only V2 of this ride that I have ever seen in my entire life!

NOTE 2: I may hate In the Night Garden... and the V1 of the kiddie ride, but I don't care much for the V2 because it's not so common.

So I finally got around to taking a picture of my first "made for me" custom knife.

My Custom Crusader Forge Oberland 2.

I requested a 6 inch blade with the Phantom finish, deeper tri-groove choil, the tumb groove, and the jimping on the back, I had Maciej base the blade handle on one I saw come across TAD Gears site b...ut requested to keep the back part clear as per the original Oberland design.

This baby is one hefty cutting machine.

After the dust settles it will be cockroaches and this knife... Beats the shit out of a Strider any day ;)

Ahhh, ten facts about Carson with the horrible pictures. XD

1. 99% of my time is spent figuring ways to hide my feelings.

2. I'm from Nashville,GA.

3. I play base,guitar.

4. Showing dogs is my life. I also show horses.

5.Maddie is everything and more to me.

6. Not a whole lot bothers me in the terms of drama, but i can be a very vindictive person.

7. I tend to be on the different side. I call it originality.

8. What i love was taken away from me, and i have a very hard time getting attached.

9. I have multiple bad habits, but i dont regret any of them. I learn.

10. Music and photography are my addictions.

Heres another shot of "Dobby" our house guest whilst his family are away. A lovely little dog.

Since getting the Xpr0 2, I am really enjoying the 18-55mm again. The Pro2 just seems to get the very most out of this lens, the forgiving ISO really helps, but for me there is just something that really works with this lens. It just sits nicely on the Pro 2 and it certainly taking up more time than any other lens I have at the moment.

This is the jpeg from camera, shot Classic Chrome, moved into Lightroom CC, cropped slightly, and that is it.

Olá meninas,

Super atrasado, mas antes tarde do que nunca. =)

Esse foram os meus preferidos de 2014.

As escolhas não estão por ordem de preferência.

1- Rose Flamboyant - Dior: Esse ano me senti rica, rs. Ganhei 3 Dior e um desses foi este, ambos foram presentes do love, o que os tornaram ainda mais especiais.

2- I Like To Mauve It - Bourjois: Esse acredito que foi umas das surpresas do ano, pois ninguém sabia que a Bourjois havia feito LS. E essa cor chique! *-*

Dorinha foi a primeira menina do flickr a me enviar mimos, o que me deixou super feliz (e me deixa feliz sempre que lembro). s2

5- Frô Zen - EdaKK: Meu único térmico. Achei super legal! Foto mostrando a mudança de cor aqui

6- Sandy Beach - L.A. Grils: Lindo, lindo! Veio do desapego da Giu.

7- Neutral Mint (GR 312) - Peripera + Carimbada: Gostei muito dessa carimbada, ficou super fofa!

10- Touch It - Jessica: O escolhido pra fechar o ano. Super elegante!

Nesse ano:

- eu me apaixonei por Liquid Sand

- minha coleção cresceu muito

- meus importados aumentaram absurdamente de 3 para 48

- alguns sonhos de consumos foram realizados e outros ainda não

Bom, é isso meninas.

The first Boxcar Logo repaint I've seen besides new GEVOs. The only GP40-2 I know of to be put in this scheme, as well. The third unit on Q15021 at Delray Tower.

Roof drawing #2. I'm using a size 6 Isabey paintbrush that doesn't hold enough color and painting around the windows takes so much time that the paint dries instead of allowing me to do a wash over the whole side of the building.

There was I, with my borrowed compact S90 (thank you Nick!) coddled in its safe-to-40-metres waterproof case (thank you again) even though the camera didn't touch the water, and this girl is taking self-portraits with her iPad 2 in the pool!!!

I have been tagged by Girlkoi, Gemini Angel Art and lÓuÓs :)

Thanks for thinking of me!

So here are they, 16 things about me

1- Though i've always thought i lived in a great place and did not want to live anywhere else, i ended moving to far far away places....twice. Both for love.

2- I am the oldest of 5. I have one sister and three brothers. The youngest of us, in the pic, died 3 months after that picture was taken. I miss him every day.

3- When he came to visit me in holland it was march and promised he would come back in september. He died in june and in september i got pregnant with my son, unexpectedly and being on the pill ( i NEVER forget my pill). I got pregnant on my brothers B-day....that i know ; )

4- I believe there's more than what our eyes can see, as you now can imagine....

5- Organization is something very difficult for me to achieve, i tend to the chaos and it doesn't make me very happy.

6- I usually go to bed VERY late. And now that i have a little son that means i sleep very little...

7- I am a terribly avid reader. Can't put my books down.

8- I love visiting my parents, brothers and sis, and the huge family reunions. We are all very close and there is a lot of love there.

9- I wanted to be a boy when i was very young (4 to 6 more or less) cause i thought the boys had all the fun and girls sat around doing nothing, like in the books "the five" of Enid Blython...Anna was so scared all the time! ugh....

10- I love candy. All kinds of sweet things, actually.

11- I normally don't wear any jewlery, feels funny...but i never take off my pandora bracelet. Every charm means something special to me. I can't wear any nail paint either cause it feeels too funny, uncomfortable on my nails.

12- I love my dolls and got into customizing totally without planning it. But i love it, keeps my creativity running.

13- I am a former high school teacher, i teach art, drawing, that kind of stuff. I stopped to go to Holland and now that i am back at home in Spain, i plan on going back to teaching.

14- Can't stand the noise people do if they eat with an open mouth...EWWWWW

15- I like the smell of burning wood. A LOT.

16- Happiness makes me cry. And many times, seeing my boy really happy, discovering life, brings tears to my eyes. No matter where we are

Driving down Unter Goldschmeid in central Cologne was this Honda CR-V from the United Kingdom. The car was originally registered to the medieval cathedral city of Norwich, located in eastern England. The car was originally purchased at a Honda dealership in Norwich itself, and is currently on its third owner.

Once the front-line appliance from Mexborough, YR52ODN now takes up a new role in the reserve fleet, standing in for other fire appliances when required. It is seen here in Doncaster Town Centre understood to be working Doncaster2 substituting for Doncaster6-the Combined Aerial Rescue Pump.

The fleet use to house 18 of these Mercedes-Benz Ategos, however 5 have returned off-lease in 2011 and the 52 registered ones are almost at the end of their lives with South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue.

The Mercedes-Benz appliances have been replaced by newer and more technological Scania pumps with Emergency One bodywork.

2. I am still scared of the dark.

3. I think all.the.time...it never stops!

4. One of my biggest fears is getting cancer, I have always had this feeling for as long as I can remember I am going to get it.

6. I am a comfy undie girl...not into the sexy ones that go up my bum!

7. Saying 'no' is hard for me.

8. The Golden Gate bridge is a dream of mine - I am desperate to see it!

9. Don't put me in small spaces, I panic big time!

10. In high school I was voted "the first to own my own business" in my group of friends, instead I was the first to have a baby. But now, the first to have my own business also!

11. Sorry these are so boring.

12. The heat makes me cranky. DH quietly goes and puts the a/c on ;)

13. I cry a lot, sometimes I don't know why...but it feels better after!

14. I enrolled into University - for one day. Never went back.

16. Thanks for reading xx

This is a repost. I wanted to post it again as I lost my Sweet baby this week. She was only 2. I hand fed her from the age of 6 weeks...weaned her. She was a wonderful bird. She played like a puppy.

I had to get her from the ex this week. She had no toys in her cage....she had been closed up in the house with his smoking and was not in good shape. Storm did not recognize me. She fought me coming out of her cage. I finally got her out after 20 minutes and lost my hold on her. She flew into a ceiling fan and her neck was broken.. She did not suffer...Maybe it was for the best....I miss her....My heart is broken! Things connected to me seem to be destroyed.

I had the flu over the weekend...Storm took care of me....She was so sweet...and we got to spend a lot of time together!

Ok, so I've officially (lol) been tagged by the beautiful Miss Jezikalyn : ) to share 16 random things about myself! So here it goes:

1. I have a missing front tooth, I was born without it. I have to wear a retainer with a fake tooth attached to it. It's so annoying!

2. I'm the oldest of 3 children. My two little brothers are Cameron (17 years old) and Blake (6 years old). Cameron is severely disabled, wheelchair- cant walk- or talk -or eat from his mouth. We are blessed to have him in our lives. Blake is such a class clown and quite the charmer with the ladies =P

3. I danced (tap, jazz, hip hop and ballet) for 11 years of my life. I quit because I needed a different creative outlet in my life.

4. I've never had long natural nails, I've always bitten them. It's a horrible nervous habit. Damn scary movies get me everytime!!

5. Speaking of movies, I am OBSESSED. Name a movie, bet I've seen it!! Ok, well I don't typically watch cartoon or anime's (except disney/pixar etc.) but I can't rent from blockbuster anymore.. I've seen everything.

6. I've always been really mature for my age. I think that led to me not making friends well because I was on a different level than everyone my age, but the older kids wouldn't give me the time of day. I've realized the importance of friendship being quality over quantity.

7. I've been a Pescetarian (a person who does not eat meat but does eat fish) for about 5 years now. Never cheated- not once. I have a huge heart for animals. Hopefully someday I will be able to become vegan. I hear it's difficult, but I think it'd be awesome.

8. I have 3 ulcers in my tummy(ooowww) since Sophomore year of highschool. Stress really takes a toll on my body.

9. I learned how to use photoshop because I used to run a Livejournal community on layouts, banners, and icons. hehe DORK

10. I really love well-done body art and modifications. I find them so appealing and fascinating. I plan to get as many tattoos as possible throughout my lifetime because they mean so much to me.

11. My eye color changes day to day. It usually goes from a green to gray, but sometimes they get blueish green.

12. I'm currently trying to find a job in the Berkeley area so I can move there ASAP : )

13 I am 5 foot 1. 100 pounds. But I used to drive a lifted 81' Chevy Stepside truck that my grandpa and I built. He died shortly after so it meant a lot to me, but with economy and gas I couldn't afford to keep it. So I sold it, and got my angel wings tattoo'd in memory of my grandpa instead : )

14. In the future, I hope to be an auto mechanic for vintage vehicles. But I definitely want to do photography/graphic design on the side!

15. I went to a cosmetology school

16. I could live on coffee, sushi, bagels, chocolate, cheese and italian food. For the rest of my life. And be totally happy!

This is the second of 2 photos taken back on Sunday, 07 April A.D. 2013, while I was strolling through my backyard garden of my former San Francisco apartment. The first photo was previously uploaded to my Flickr photostream, about 2 years prior to this. The 2 photos are very similar, but this one was taken closer to the camera than the first one, and my pose was a wee bit different.

I love the sight of the pink jasmine in the background, growing on my fence. The fragrance at night could almost be overwhelming!

A mosaic of our satellite on the morning of 2022-09-18 around 4 a.m. 122 tiles acquired with a usually fast camera, attached to a 500mm f/8 scope and equipped here with a red filter.

As said, the camera I used is usually fast, just not this time. For some reason, most likely the icy temperature, the camera's rate was limited to USB 2. I had to adapt the acquisition at last moment. The compromise consisted in pushing the exposure time to 20 milliseconds, working at 8-bit dynamics and recording only 400 frames per video.

Regarding the processing, I converted each video into a tile by selecting the best 80 frames. Each tile was deconvolved with the Wiener algorithm, the PSF being semi-empirical. After assembling the mosaic, some correction and tuning were required: tonecurve adjustment, stitch fixing, halo removal along the limb and assignment of a slight yellowish hue to the originally grayscale image.

If you have a look at full size, you'll probably notice some defects, but this is all I could come to without excessive work :)

A word about hardware and software: ASI290 MM camera, Astrosib 500mm telescope, stacking with AutoStakkert! 3, PSF evaluation, noise estimation and deconvolution with Python (NumPy & SciPy), assembling with Hugin, and final processing with Photoshop.

Finally, a few numbers: the Moon covers 12388 pixels pole to pole, thus a projected resolution of 280m per pixel.

Fondant Gift Cake - Class 3

After class 1 and 2 I really wanted to do my own thing. It's still a gift just not a pink square. First fondant cake.

(I feel pretty.)

Is getting mentioned by name in someone else's list a good enough reason to do my own list of 16 things? I say yes. Here we go:

1. My fabulous hairstyle in this photo is courtesy of Caryn. It came in a box of Christmas goodness (thanks! so fun!), and really, nothing expresses holiday spirit more than the El Camino of haircuts: the mullet. Caryn knows me so well. Mullets fascinate me and I don't think I will ever stop being entertained by them. "Check out the mullet on that guy!" is probably one of my most frequently-uttered phrases. You can't take me anywhere. The title of this photo comes from a poem I made a guy write about mullets. I also once made him write a poem about ninjas. Awesome poetry. I'm teetering on the edge of a tangent. Let's move on to the next item.

2. I am an irritating stickler about grammar and punctuation, though I tend to abuse commas with abandon, and they like it. "Hurt me!" That's their motto.

3. I cannot fold fitted sheets. I CANNOT DO THIS. Can I fold a round tablecloth perfectly? Yes. Do I know that the only correct way to fold a towel is in thirds (don't argue with me)? Of course. Am I capable of folding a fitted sheet so that it looks neat? Absolutely not. It doesn't matter how many times I have asked for instruction in the art of fitted-sheet-folding, because whatever tactic I try, when I fold a fitted sheet, it always comes out looking like a wadded nightmare. Sort of like how I imagine it would look if it were folded by a bat. Who was maybe having a seizure. I can fold flat sheets. I can fold pillowcases. But the fitted sheets, they defy me and my folding brilliance. Don't bother explaining the secret of how to do this, because I assure you that I will not get it.

4. I can't do simple math in my head. I mean, I can do simple math in my head, but it takes me a really long time, because I have to create a mental picture of a scrap of paper, and then I have to picture myself writing down the numbers and I have to concentrate so hard in order to keep myself from getting distracted and ruining the whole thing that when I finally figure out the answer I can't remember why I needed to know it in the first place. I hate people who can do this sort of thing quickly. Hate.

5. It's cheesy as hell but I love It's A Wonderful Life. Love. Though I always tend to fall asleep in the middle and then wake up when George Bailey is running through Bedford Falls, so excited to have his life back. And then I start crying. Just a little at first, but it builds and builds until by the time his brother toasts him with "To my big brother George, the richest man in town," I'm pretty much weeping. Every. Damn. Time. I guess it's a holiday tradition. I didn't even watch it this year, except I caught the end on TV and cried through the whole thing. It's pathetic.

6. I am very fidgety. I fidget all the time. I'm not nervous, really, it's just that I can't sit still. I fidget with my hair, with my jewelry. I have mostly broken the habit but I still sometimes catch myself buttoning and unbuttoning my shirt while I'm sitting somewhere (that is not a good thing to do, by the way). When I was in 6th grade, my math teacher would tell me to stop playing with my hair. Then one day I raised my hand in class and my bracelet got stuck got stuck in my hair. So I tried to play it cool by pretending that I was pushing my hair behind my ear, but it didn't really work. At that moment my teacher looked at me and told me to stop playing with my hair, but I couldn't move my hand, so I just stared at her for a few seconds before finally saying "I'm stuck." And then my friend who was sitting next to me helped me untangle myself. I believe this was the same day when, after school, I bent over to pick something up from the bottom of my locker and got my hair stuck on the, uh, door-catch-thing in my locker. I couldn't turn my head to look at the problem so I couldn't fix it. So I stayed bent that way until someone came by and I said "Help." Why am I allowed to have hair?

7. I am a terrible chess player. I tend to think I'm doing okay and then I'm in checkmate.

8. I make up for it in Scrabble, though. They have Scrabble on Facebook now! Goodbye, productivity.

9. I am easily distracted.

10. Not sure why exactly, but talking about teeth disgusts me.

11. I'm not a very good dancer but this never stops me.

12. This may come as a surprise to you, but I'm kind of a dork.

13. Another surprise: I like Ryan Adams a lot.

14. Sometimes I get uncontrollable giggles thinking about the Flannery O'Connor story "Good Country People" because I remember the first time I read it (for a class) and then discussing it and saying something about the character Manley Pointer and then saying "Wait. Manley Pointer. Is that on PURPOSE?" and the professor said yes and then I could not stop laughing. So for one thing, I'm so mature, and for another thing, good one, Flannery.

15. I'm pretty good at breaking into my own house.

16. I fear ladders.

Gosh, this is a long description.
