Wearing the summer fashion of the year. Worn a lot in the summers of the early 1980s.
She eventually got tired of people trying to pull the top down or trying to slip their hands inside of the top for a quick feel or squeeze and it was resigned to the back of the wardrobe.
The shorts stayed around for a bit longer.

A very rare view of an old 1983 Stock Jubilee train stabled at Watford station. IT was around this time this stock was being withdrawn from service after only having been in use for an unusually short time. The stock had never been successful and the single doors were both widely disliked and caused congestion.
