The 323 was only sold until 1985, making it one of the rarer E30 models. I was quite surprised to see such an old one exposed to the elements. Not sure why the owner has put the numberplate on one of those questionable German backing mounts, but each to their own I guess.

I saw this in a car park last weekend but didn't snap it. Maybe I'll find it parked up some time again.
Previously appeared in my stream and I was gutted that I had only my mobile phone to take the photo with, and it was dark. So i was pleased to see this as I came down over the same road it occasionally appears on. This angle shows the extent of how ropey it appears to be. I can only imaging they spend out every MOT. The dirt suggests it lives a bit further out of town.
The Porsche 956 was a Group C sports-prototype racing car designed by Norbert Singer and built by Porsche in 1982 for the FIA World Sportscar Championship. It was later upgraded to the 956B in 1984. In 1983, driven by Stefan Bellof, this car established a record that would stand for 35 years, lapping the famed 20.832 km (12.93 mi) Nürburgring Nordschleife in 6:11.13 during qualifying for the 1000 km Sports Car race. The record was finally surpassed by Timo Bernhard in a derestricted Porsche 919 Evo on 29 June 2018.
