101453 - Johnstone - 1983. A typically mixed set for the time, but with BR blue giving at least a gloss of cohesion to the set.

Hier is intussen alles veranderd. Op de plaats van de draaischijf ligt nu een rotonde! Alle sporen hier zijn weg. en op de plaats van de hoofdlijn (links) ligt een brede laan. De twee lage flatgebouwen links zijn de enige herkenningspunten die zijn gebleven. Het station en het spoor ligt nu ten oosten van de stad.
In recent times everything is changed here. At the place of the turntable lies nowadays a roundabout for road traffic! The main line on the left is also broken up. Here lies now a large avenue. The buildings left of the locomotive are nowaday the only recognizable objects that are left. A new station and railway line is build at the east of the city.
Inzwischen hat sich hier alles geändert. An der Stelle der Drehscheibe liegt jetzt ein Kreisverkehr! Die Streckengleisen links sind aufgebrochen und an deren Stelle liegt jetzt eine breite Straße. Die zwei Mehrfamilienwonungen links der Lokomotive sind die einzigen Landmarken die übrig geblieben sind.
Tout est changé ici. Au lieu du pont tournant il y a au jour d'hui un rond-point! Au lieu des voies à gauche il y a un boulevard. Les bâtiments à gauche de la locomotive sont les seuls objets qui ont survécu les temps.

Loc 2381 van de NMBS rijdt door Braibant met trein 143 'Le Schuman' van Brussel Zuid naar Luxembourg. Deze trein reed non-stop van Namur naar Arlon, 19 augustus 1983.

This generation of the Pontiac Parisienne was a badge engineered version of the Chevrolet Caprice. It was built in this form for the 1983 to 1986 model years. This one has a 5.7 litre V8 engine.

This is fitted with the 1275 cc engine that was used in many of British Leylands cars.
Well known Central London banger snapped by me before just off Oxford St, taxed to Nov 2023 and MOT'd to Jan 2024, its clocked up an amazing 149k miles.
Die Lokalbahn Mürzzuschlag–Neuberg war eine normalspurige Nebenbahn in der Steiermark in Österreich. Sie verlief von Mürzzuschlag an der Südbahn nach Neuberg an der Mürz im oberen Mürztal und war vor allem durch den Güterverkehr zu einem großen Sägewerk der Österreichischen Bundesforste in Neuberg geprägt. Ende 2000 erfolgte die Gesamstilllegung der Strecke. Heute ist sie ein Radweg. 1983 wurde der Personenverkehr bis auf einen GmP mit Triebwagen der Baureihe ÖBB 5044 abgewickelt. Quelle Wikipedia.
