Everybody's had a Lump in their life at one point without even knowing it. Ever had a lump in your bed? A lumpy soup? Fallen and gotten a lump on your head? Where do you think those came from! They were little Lumps, wiggling their way into the tiniest places and getting comfortable.
Lumps are about 3 inches tall by 3 inches across
Every Lump comes with their own personalized nametag sticker.
They were also featured in Volume 3 of STUFFED magazine!
All 19 of them are now up in my shop, they'll be crossed off the listing as they get sold!

I was downtown street shooting with a couple of other photographers and I had noticed Brandon on another block. I wished I'd been able to aim my camera at him but he was walking too fast and I missed him.
A short while later, I spotted him coming down the block we were now on and I quickly fired off a few shots as he walked by. He got a couple of feet past me and turned around and asked what I was taking pictures for. I explained that I do street shooting as a hobby and we talked a little bit. I then told him about my 100 Strangers project and asked if he would mind me taking his picture again and posting it. He agreed. The daylight was fading and I didn't have my flash with me. Truth be told, even if I had my flash, my fingers were so cold at this point I probably wouldn't have pulled it from my bag.
Brandon is an artist and he was on his way to see the movie Red Tails. He gave me his contact information and he was back on his way to the movie.
Thank you, Brandon, for being number 19 in my 100 Strangers Project.

I bought this dress five years ago and have never worn it for anything. I was very excited to get it out of the closet tonight.

I didn't really have any time today to work on a proper picture, so I decided to just make an abstract light-drawing.
I was trying to draw one of the Radiohead symbols, but it didn't really turn out right.

Week 19 of 52. This weeks theme: "WINDOW LIGHT".
The possibilities were endless with this weeks theme. Natural window light was my very first introduction to learning lighting in photography. I learned to shoot solely by filtered window light. Even though I have advanced beyond window light to various outdoor lighting situations and studio strobe lighting, window light still remains my very favorite light...beautiful, natural, and soft. I kept trying to stick my 4 y.o. daughter in front of our kitchen window today at about 5pm when the lighting was perfect, but I couldn't get her to stay still and act natural (no surprise there;). After many attempts I peeked in on my 2 year old son in his room to find him sitting quietly on the chair with a book right in front of the window. Perfection.;)
