These two pictures were adjacent on the film but, being full 35 mm
format, they were joined on the short end, not the long end; I moved
them in PSP. It makes 'em sorta look like half-frame pictures.
This was 2007-expired Konica VX200 Super film in the Olympus XA.

I do not attend many bus rallies because I find more than enough in the current scene to keep me busy.
However once a year ‘Transpire’ the Chesterfield based enthusiasts group holds its own event which for the last few years has been held at the ‘Peak Rail’ site at Rowsley in Derbyshire.
I have been a member for many years and have rarely missed so as usual, I went along and of course the camera went with me.

MBE613R Leyland Fleetline FE30AGR with Roe Body, stands alongside TJV100 Daimler CVG6 with Roe body. Both vehicles were new to Grimsby-Cleethorpes Corporation as 113 and 57 respectively. 113 was converted to open top and later joined Stagecoach Midlands as 15513, 57 was later re-registered NAT766A. Both vehicles are now preserved and are seen at Peterborough Bus Rally, Wansford on 8th July 2018. 57 was fitted with its original plate for the photo.

One of the first rallies ex Grimsby-Cleethorpes Transport Leyland Fleetline/Roe 113 (MBE 613R) attended after being categorised as a Class 5 for MOT purposes was the Transport Festival based at the Road Transport Museum at Whisby near Lincoln. Taking place on Easter Sunday, Stagecoach in Chesterfield's 15513 is seen here arriving after a tour to Lincoln City Centre displaying Service 45X (Grimsby - South Killingholme). This was taken 9 months after the bus had been withdrawn from passenger service at Grimsby depot.
This is the last photo from my archive of ex Grimsby-Cleethorpes Transport 113 (MBE 613R), a Leyland Fleetline/Roe O45/29D, taken while in regular seasonal service based at the Grimsby depot, to where the bus was delivered new in December 1976. Just under two years later, the bus would be withdrawn and driven to Chesterfield depot to act as a publicity vehicle until August 2017 when it was purchased for private preservation.
Stagecoach MBE613R (15513) is a Daimler Fleetline with Roe bodywork. Seen at Rowsley, MBE613R was new to Grimsby Cleethorpes as their 113.
Seen at the Westwood Centre at Longport in Staffs is ex Grimsby-Cleethorpes Transport Leyland Fleetline with Roe Park Royal O45/29D body that had been entered by Stagecoach in Chesterfield while wearing promotional adverts for the new-look Barnsley network that had recently been introduced by Stagecoach Yorkshire.
