1/43 Code3 conversion of a Ford Focus ST in Gwent Police livery.
Also pictured is the donor vehicle, which happens to be almost identical to an unmarked Ford Focus ST that is also in service with Gwent Police and is based out of Ystrad Mynach Police Station (Oct 15).
The actual vehicle (unmarked) has VERY discreet lights and is almost unrecognisable as a Police car, so I decided just to add number plates for these photos.
I will not be keeping the unmarked model as it is likely to become a donor model for another project in the future.

This wasn't exactly what I had in mind, or my first choice for my 365. Don't get me wrong, I'm pretty pleased with how it came out- expect to see that light used a lot, as well as hands, for whatever reason I'm big on hands this go around- but it wasn't quite my aim.
The original few for this set I was pretty stoked about then realized that they reveal a lot and I'm at this point too much in my shell to post them. So here is the G rated version.
But even though it wasn't my goal shot, I like it, so no complaints really.
The Alps Root Beer Drive In 1949 - Lee Erickson and I worked at Lundgren's Camera Shop and had driven out on a nice day for lunch. I don't remember who owned The Alps, but that is their Jeep station wagon. Remember the DX (I think) gas station across the road? It was from behind that gas station that the next photo was taken.
