Semplicità, come quando sei insieme ad una persona con cui puoi essere te stesso, senza paure, senza maschere, senza limiti, senza "muri".

Anläßlich des 50. Geburtstages der Rügener Neubau-VII K's war auch 99 771 aus Hainsberg als Gastlok auf die Insel Rügen angereist. Ihr Geburtstag war im Sommer 2002 im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes ins Wasser gefallen. Nur wenige Tage nach der Hochwasserkatastrophe im Weißeritztal sollte dort ihre Feier stattfinden!
Das Foto zeigt 99 771 als Vorspann einer Rügener VII K mit einem Regelzug in der Kreuzungsstelle Posewald, wo ein Sonderzug mit Altbau-VII K 99 735 überholt wurde - 30.05.2003

Phew, a bit overly ambitious with this one so it took a lot longer than I expected! Wanted to explore patterned folds ... sigh. Did it in greens in order to meet the January topic up at RAM (http://www.reallyaccessiblememory.com/).
The kids are having trumpet lessons, so they have to practice at home. And being curious, Skye of course has to investigate where that noise is coming from!
When they first started playing the trumpet, Skye was all over the place. She wasn't afraid but extremely curious and very interested in this shiny and noisy thing. It was thoroughly examined, licked and sniffed and with every note played she came over again. And again, and again!
Nowadays she's quite used to it, but from time to time she comes over to stick her nose in the bell of the trumpet.
Another image of the T-13 wind turbine pedestal up at the glen devon wind farm above the upper reservoir. This was taken from the same POV with the same lens and focal distance of 200 mm but this time in landscape orientation. If I am honest I dont know which I prefer, the previous version is a little more minimalist but the fence adds a little more interest especially when viewed large. I would be very interested to hear your thoughts on which you prefer if any that is and why?. Hope you are all having a good Sunday
