The AMX-13/105, also known as Modèle 1987, was an upgrade and modernization for the French AMX-13 light tank upgunning it to use a 105mm gun. This powerful upgrade allowed this lightweight vehicles a much stronger punch than the original 75mm gun had offered. Further improvements to the optics as well as the addition of a laser rangefinder further enhanced lethality.

I've been visiting a friend today and realised on the way home that I hadn't taken my rust picture. I spotted this row of trees in their autumn dress and managed to pull in to take the shot.
109.13 ist mit R 16236 von Bratislava über Marchegg Richtung Wien unterwegs. Fotografisch festgehalten bei Oberweiden.
