As soon as I saw the first images on Tensegrity applied to Legos, my thoughts immediately went to an island suspended in the sky. So I built this rocky mix suspended in the clouds. To decorate everything a bit and to give an almost divine semblance, I decided to use the golden cone as if to represent a sort of temple, surrounded by some cascade of water.
Este fin de semana tocaba comprobar las mejoras en la calibracion del rotator y descubrir posibilidades. A falta de un pequeño ajuste, creo que ya podemos empezar a pensar en hacer cosas mucho mas complicadas como esta. Como siempre en una sola toma y sin edicion posterior.

A veces cuando estas en la calle esperando a que pase tu próximo desconocido te crees que eres tú el que elige, “tu si, tu no”. Sin embargo la mayor parte de las veces son ellos los que deciden ser retratados. Andrea es un buen ejemplo. Además es de esas personas que se prestan a jugar. Aceptan las propuestas y proponen. Un placer en definitiva.

Sometimes when you're on the street waiting to pass your next stranger you think you are the one who chooses. But most of the time it is they who decide to be portrayed. Andrea is a good example. Also is someone that lend themselves to play. Accept the proposals and proposed. A definite pleasure.

I'm feelin' cuddly. I got up early and got ready for my Race for Life, got there and did it in 35 minutes... came home and had a lovely relaxing bath and then cuddled up in my dressing gown and wanted to stay there allllllll dayyyyyy longgggggg.
This is my first attempt at air brushing. Im not sure what I think, obviously it's very OTT... it looks a bit mottled? I'm taking 'Understanding Exposure' & a Photoshop Elements 6 book to France with me, so hopefully on my return I will be a whizz!

Esta galería fue pensada como lugar para las asambleas y ceremonias públicas durante La Señoría, fue construída por B. di Cione y S. Talenti entre 1376 y 1382. Después de la caída de la república wse asentaron los Soldados del Duque Alessandro I de Medici, los "Lansquenete", soldados mercenarios alemanes, de aquí el nombre despectivo "Lanzi". Fue Cosimo I que cambió la función de política y artista e hizo convertir la galería en lugar de artistas y escultores.
