I am grateful this week for my grandma N. We had her funeral yesterday. It was a wonderful service celebrating her 95 years of life. I am so grateful for having her in my life for this long and for my boys to know her this long also. Not too many young adults in their 20 have a great grandma that long.
Rest in peace grandma and thanks for all you taught us about love and life.

CSS&SB Pullman built 13 at the Randolph Street Station in Chicago, Illinois on June 27, 1965, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. Number 13 was built by Pullman Car and Manufacturing Company in 1926 as a 60 foot coach with Pullman-style smoking compartment. It was rebuilt in 1946 at which time a 17 foot section was spliced into the middle, creating a 77 foot car and increasing capacity from 56 to 80 seats.

I'm actually early this week! For the theme: Macro. Blossoms on a tree in my yard. I have no clue what kind of tree it is. If you know, please leave a comment. My goal is to know all the trees in my yard by the end of summer.

The AMX-13/105, also known as Modèle 1987, was an upgrade and modernization for the French AMX-13 light tank upgunning it to use a 105mm gun. This powerful upgrade allowed this lightweight vehicles a much stronger punch than the original 75mm gun had offered. Further improvements to the optics as well as the addition of a laser rangefinder further enhanced lethality.
