CC week 22 portrait vs landscape
I tried both versions of this plant against a wall. I don't know which is better - the landscape version has more flowers so is more colourful, but I think the portrait version is a slightly better composition.

He is less than a day old.....
Some say very young babies don't smile, that it is the result of feeding and wind that makes them look like they are smiling. Well, I beg to differ, this is definately a smile because as you can see he is being fed by an NG tube straight into his little tummy.
Wonder what he is smiling about...perhaps he knew he was going to be alright :)

🐬🔥💯 I love photography so much that I could produce at least 12 high quality albums a year. But I have to stop myself to embrace and experience every artistic phase. Creativity grows when you have the patience to explore all colors of your soul. This photo is from a photo album I've produced a few months ago, but didn't even develop till now. I love my photography, but sometimes I wish I could give myself more time to enjoy the work I've produced. I just rush to the next remix of life I can create. I hope you enjoyed the classics I posted. But my eye, heart and soul is burning 🔥 for 3 weeks of Japan, Hong Kong and Singapur. Any tips? 🚣🌴☀️PS: "The Best Autofocus in the world" out now on www.eyeheartandsoul.com/magazine/the-best-autofocus-most-...
Still surviving on my cape verde shots although it seems in the distant past as we move into March.
100 Sea and Sky
Paphiopedilum, from my garden. I have 2 of the same species but their shapes are just different enough to be interesting in their own right. This one seems to have an Elvis hairdo! Taken in afternoon light on my windowsill.
We picked up some fresh organic strawberries at Whole Foods today and they were absolutely the sweetest. I Had to share.
Inspired by my sophisticated friend and the queen of still life Lauren. Love ya!
Happy Thursday!!
Cyclamen (Cyclamen persicum)
For my 100 Flowers Project - 2023
Last year our Cyclamen was very late blooming and I resolved to repot it. I never got around to repotting it and when I looked recently there was no sign of life - but being the wrong time of year I made a note to do the job later in the year. This morning I noticed the foliage and then the one bloom. Hopefully more will come.
Before sunrise early on the morning of November 9, 2017, passengers arrive, buy tickets and board a Metra commuter train headed for Chicago at Highlands, just east of Hinsdale, Illinois. Powering today’s train is Metra F40PH-3 No. 100, specially-wrapped in RTA (Regional Transportation Authority) colors worn during Metra’s formative years.
It only took me two years, but I finally made it.
It's been an incredible journey getting from this to this, and I never could have gotten to the point that I'm at without the encouragement and support that you all have provided. I wish there was something I could do that's unique as a thank you, but I don't know what I'd do because I'm about as talented as a penguin, so I'm just going to say thank you one last time.
THANK YOU!
June 29, 2020. Katowice. Poland. The double unit electric locomotive ET41-100 hauling a freight train TME 844014/5 from Świnoujście to Dąbrowa Górnicza Towarowa. This train arrived at the destination station delayed by over 4000 minutes.
More experiments with cloning. The lassy is a friend of mine... shame her face has gone missing!!!!!
I created the wallpaper created for the backdrop in illustrator, then imported into PS where I added various textures/shading techniques in order to give it that "lived in" appearence.
The hair was a nightmare to recreate and still needs attention I think... but there you go!
:-D
La serie 100 se despide, en un principio, de Alicante con esta doble rama que encara su salida de la ciudad para realizar su último viaje Alicante - Madrid (05203) y así dejar paso a la menos veterana, serie 102 (o 112).
The sun was just catching this leaf amongst the still wet grass in Sheffield Park this morning. I just had to get down there to capture it.
