This photo meets requirement 1. I had the photo taken outside my house with light coming from windows. I had the camera placed close to the ground on a box to avoid motion blur. I set aperture size set to f/4.5 to focus only on the plant in the front. I had shutter speed set to 8s and ISO at 200 for increased exposure.
Thanks to Radio 1, I won tickets on my 18th birthday to go see this amazing gig brought to Camden's Roundhouse for the BBC Electric Proms 2009. Truly one of the best gigs I've ever been to - Robbie was back on fine form.
I get frustrated at work because I get so many project ideas during these hours, but I can't DO them here. I make notes but when I get home the energy if often gone. So today I used what I had - notepaper, highlighters, a paper towel, water, and some office pens - and I went to work on Idea 1. I love how it turned out, and it is hanging on the wall of my cubicle.

Fascinats pels seus formidables escenaris, hem anat a l'embassament de Sallente, on hem observat el paisatge esculpit per les geleres. També hem visitat l'antiga mina Eureka, de minerals d'urani, i la famosa central hidroelèctrica de Capdella. L'endemà, itinerari per la Conca de Tremp, laboratori geològic a l'aire lliure, on hem fet un viatge al•lucinant de més de 100 milions d'anys.
Gaudint en tot moment de les estimulants explicacions del geòleg Jordi Panisello i el guiatge de David Llardén, de l'Hotel Alegret de Tremp, on ens hem allotjat.
Diumenge 2 d'octubre:
Itinerari per la conca de Tremp, laboratori geologic a l’aire lliure, on farem un viatge al•lucinant de més de 100 milions d’anys. Localitzacions: Ermita de Santa Elena de Claret, la collada de les Caragolines, l'Esllavissada de Puigcercós i el mirador del Castell de Mur (distància 3 km a peu en total, amb diferents parades; durada de 4 h).
Les explicacions aniran a càrrec del geòleg Jordi Panisello, de Tremp.

Dissabte 1 d'octubre:
Al matí:
Visita de l’embassament de Sallente on hem observat el paisatge esculpit per les geleres. Després hem caminant, observant els diferents trets d’una vall fluvial fins a Cabdella.
A la tarda:
Visita al Museu Hidroelèctric de la Central de Capdella i un recorregut per les seves instal•lacions
Visita de la mina Eureka (de mineral d’urani!), font de l’energia nuclear (2 h).
En aquesta mina és on s'ha descobert recentment l'Abellaïta, la primera espècie mineral nova descoberta a Catalunya, a càrrec del sabadellenc Joan Abella.

This birdhouse didn't have any birds in it yet. I would have liked a little head sticking out of the hole. I used f8 to get everything in focus on a couple of other pictures and settled on this one taken with an f/3.1. I like the fact that the background is out of focus. It helped to have that golden hour light coming from the left side of the picture and using an ISO of 800.
in history two things happened. 1.) I found the pefect green color. Only 5 trips to Lowes and Home Depot for this. 2.) I did a vignette!! It's take me forever to figure out how to do it in elements.
First time the Genshiken Room is showed.
